"Very unhappy with our recent trip to LV. Reservation made months in advance for 2 rooms at Paris. Upon check in at Paris we were placed in rooms at the Horseshoe. We requested our 2 rooms be on the same floor - nope. Rooms were up separate elevators - far apart. Cleanliness was sub-standard. Bodywash was empty in the shower for 4 days, bathroom floor was caked with dust in corners. We were in a room directly above loud food court/night club area that was booming loud music until 3:00-4:00am. If we were going to be located in rooms at a different hotel, why weren't we notified and directed to the check-in of the different hotel? We went to the Monte Cristo cigar bar one evening. Two cigar smokers and 3 others ordered drinks. One glass of wine showed up quickly - the rest of the drinks took 40 minutes. One of the drinks was a bourbon on the rocks - pretty quick to prepare. We were very unhappy with the delay - the waitress was very apologetic - which was nice. In the end, we were not charged for our drinks, so that was OK - but it was crazy!
We will return to LV again, but we will never stay at Paris or Horseshoe. Be aware that Paris will switch hotels on you without consent."
