Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The staff at check-in and the entrance were super efficient, and the restaurants inside the property—along with their staff—were absolutely excellent.
However, as someone who pays close attention to cleanliness, I felt the rooms could use a bit more upkeep. There was a noticeably thick layer of dust where the internet router was located, and the bed frames were quite scuffed and worn, which unfortunately made them look dirty.
Another inconvenience was the Wi-Fi restriction in the room. We had three paying guests in our party, yet we were only allowed to connect two devices to the room Wi-Fi. What was confusing is that free Wi-Fi was provided in the casino area with no restrictions, even for non-guests.
It’s a great hotel with wonderful service, but paying a little more attention to detail in room maintenance and updating the Wi-Fi policy would make the guest experience much better!"
