Luigi was there to welcome us at the property. Please make sure that you have something to eat before you reach the property as limited dining around the property. It is secure and has safe parking place within the property. Though it says Breakfast included - please be aware that there is no hot food available - Croissants, biscuits, muffins and coffee machine with pod. Room was very clean and cleaned daily. Walking distance to the local train station, but we hired a rental car at the airport and would definitely recommend this if you are planning to move around to other places. Easy drive to Pompeii, Ercolano, Sorrento. If you plan to wake up late in the morning please be aware that the beautiful chimes of the church bells opposite will wake you up at 7am. Luigi is very accessible on WhatsApp and helps with any issues. Would have given a 5 star rating if some hot breakfast available and also if brochures and pamphlets of local areas/sight seeing info was available. Felt safe as a family with young kids in the property. Would recommend......

The host was very helpfull and friendly but the hotel is not worth 4 stars!! We had to change rooms after two days due to infestation of ants in our bathroom. Every evening we would be woken up by loud noise coming from the streets. I would never go back. The shower was old and had only the big shower rain, no small shower head. But again, the host did his best and parking was good. The parking space is behind a locked door.

Newly refurbished and free parking

I forgot to call ahead to tell them that i was arriving late, so a little stressful checkin. But once i got there, the father (in his pyjamas,lol) let me in! Thanks so much to him. I arrived at 10pm and there were what seemed like 100s of screaming teens in the square. It was a bit frightening. The telephone numbers on the Hotels.com app were incorrect and came up dead andthere was no answer to the others that the Hotels.com tried. This needs to be changed asap. Other problem was that the WiFi did not reach my room (Napoli)and was poor when it did connect in the breakfast room. Marked it down for this reason only. Anyway. Good things. Beautiful place. Obviously newly renovated and well designed and good quality. Perfect location for me and breakfast was included. It was great value and met all of my needs in the end.

Unless you are driving, DO NOT STAY HERE. Terzigno is an isolated town, an hour on the train from Naples. (The last train leaves Naples at around 8pm, so don't expect to at least be able to have a nice evening out in Naples and then head back!) The accommodation itself is fine. The rooms are large, clean and the beds very comfortable. There are things that could be improved on; the shower was useless. A working fridge was essential given the poor food offering - but like the wifi, was not working. The breakfast was very disappointing. The only items provided are a few cakes (in packets) and 'toast' (also in packets). Theres a coffee maker in the kitchen which was left flooded by a previous user - the hotel owner/manager said the water just needed emptying. But there was no sink!? Very helpful... There is nothing fresh at all - no pastries, no bread, no fruit, no yoghurt. There are unbelievably NO TAXIS in the entire town. There is no mobile phone signal and the hotel wifi was not working..... so without a car you are really isolated and cut off. The guy who is at the other end of the whatsap number given out was a young bloke who spoke absolutely no English whatsoever. It was very difficult to communicate anything at all and pretty stressful. The property said in an email that they offered airport transfers, so we said we would like one. They didn't bother to get back to us. Overall, a disappointing stay and a stressful experience we wont ever be repeating.

Confortable et propre

L'hôte est très disponible. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking fermé par un portail, ce qui est apreciable car le quartier ne donne pas envie d'y laisser la voiture. Les lits sont très confortables. C'est propre et neuf. Par contre c'est tres mal insonorisé. On entend tout, le reveil qui sonne chez les voisins, la chasse d'eau, la douche, et les cloches de l’église. Prevoir des boules quies pour dormir le matin. Le petit dejeuner n'est pas un buffet. Une machine a café est à disposition avec des gateaux industriels en emballages individuels.

Das Hotel war etwas schwer zu finden, da gerade der Marktplatz hergerichtet wird, aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts. Der Parkplatz ist im Innenhof, so dass man das Auto sicher abstellen kann. Die Unterkunft scheint ein ehemaliges Kloster gewesen zu sein, ist sehr schön renoviert und hat Flair. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Vierbettzimmer mit zwei sehr bequemen Betten. Das Bad war ebenfalls recht groß und insgesamt sauber, nur die Duschränder ließen zu wünschen übrig. Die Nachtruhe war dann etwas gestört, da im Nachbargarten ein Hund fast ununterbrochen die halbe Nacht gebellt hat. Das Frühstück war recht lieblos undbestand aus abgepackten Brioche, Nutella und Marmelade, Säften und Kaffee. Es kümmerte sich auch niemand darum, da auf zwei Tischen gebrauchte Messer, Papier und Papptassen des Kaffees die egsamte Zeit herumstanden. Beim Auschecken fanden wir auch niemanden vor, deswegen gaben wir unsere Schlüssel einem Handwerker. Die Lage ist dahingehend sehr gut, weil wir Herculaneum besuchen wollten. Der Ort selbst ist etwas gruselig.

Ωραίο δωμάτιο, απέναντι απο εκκλησία. Λιτο πρωινό, 2 κρεβάτια αντί 1 μεγάλο κρεβάτι. Καθαρό. Δεν ειχε ρεσεψιον, μονο στην αρχη οταν μας παρέδωσαν το κλειδί. Ευγενικός κύριος. Έχει πάρκινγκ πολυ καλό.

Letto comodissimo, stanze grandi e con mobilio gradevole, forse nel bagno alcune accorttezze nel togliere il giallo ai bordi della doccia e nel gabinetto, nonostante il bagno fosse curato e piacevole alla vista. Sicuramente da rivedere la colazione, cornetti e merendine del discount.

Dommage l’établissement a beaucoup d’atouts.

Chambre superbe. Lit au top. Pas loin d’une gare pour aller à Naples en train. Bémols : vous voyez quelqu’un à votre arrivée puis quasiment plus personne. Même le jour de notre départ. Nous avons laissé les clefs de la chambre et du portail sur la table dans le hall. Le parking est intéressant mais petit. On doit laisser les clefs dans la voiture pour déplacement éventuel. La ville n’est pas joli et pas de restaurants à proximité. Il faut prendre la voiture et aller sur Pompéi. Problème avec la douche. L’eau chaude a du mal à arriver et pas de pommeau de douche, seulement en pluie. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. En résumé, pour une nuit ou 2 c’est intéressant mais il faut une voiture. L’établiss

Très bel hotel dans une magnifique demeure. Très bien situé, proche des sites de Pompéi et d'Herculanum. De plus la gare toute proche (500 m) permet de se rendre très facilement à Naples
