Paradise Lodge & Bungalows

"Wonderful cabin. It all looked so beautiful with lots of colourful flowers (Sep). Different to the photos on website with snow. Loved all the rustic looking cabins. We had a large bathroom with claw foot bath as well as a shower. They had a cute stuffed toy bear wearing an “privacy please” t-shirt to hang on the door! (available to buy and take home). Handy have kitchen facilities. Area surrounded by trees. So convenient to be able to walk up to Lake Louise (15-20mins depending on fitness levels). Much quicker coming back downhill. Parking areas fill up quickly, Also close to Lake Moraine but everyone needs to take a shuttle there. No private cars permitted. Short drive to shops in the village. 10 min drive to LL ski resort. Worth the visit. Chairlift/gondola open (mid Sep) with a wonderful restaurant on the mountain. Loved it all. Would stay again if in the area."

"We had a wonderful 6-day, 5-night stay at Castle Mountain Chalets to celebrate our anniversary, and it was such a memorable experience! We really appreciated the thoughtful anniversary decorations and special touches prepared by the team. After an early flight into Calgary followed by a drive to the chalets, we were already quite tired, so being able to check in early made a huge difference. As soon as we walked in, the chalet felt so cozy, warm and welcoming. It was exactly what we needed after a long journey. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we especially loved the selection of coffee and tea. The wild blueberry tea was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed it so much that we even went looking for it at a shop in Banff. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt comfortable throughout our five nights and really appreciated all the little details that made the experience special. Castle Mountain Chalets was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Canadian Rockies. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit!"

"Beautiful hotel. Excellent room, facilities and good dining choices... we used The Outpost for dinner and the restaurant for breakfast, good choice in both and high quality food. All staff we met were friendly efficient and very engaging. The hotel shuttle to Lake Louise was free, ran regularly and was a much better option than self-driving there"

"Perfect location. Easy to get to Golden, Lake Louise, Columbia ice fields and so much more. Quiet and cozy with a fireplace and camp fire pit for roasting marshmallows. All round great experience"

"Lovely cabin, but I was somewhat surprised at proximity to other cabins on-site. We stayed just on night but it was very nice and cozy for our group of five adults."
