Broulee Beach and Candlagan Creek are approximately a three-minute walk away, with the Mossy Point Boat Ramp and local café also nearby.



The Space:

With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and separate upstairs and downstairs living areas, this generously sized home gives larger families and groups plenty of room to relax.



Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area flows onto an expansive wraparound deck overlooking the pool. Enjoy morning coffee with ocean glimpses, relaxed family meals outdoors or a BBQ after a day at the beach.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee pod machine and filtered-coffee percolator. There are several indoor and outdoor dining options, making it easy to cater for larger groups.



Downstairs is a second living and games area with a television, lounge seating and pool table—ideal for children, teenagers or guests wanting their own space.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry, deck, backyard and private swimming pool.

The double lock-up garage, driveway and additional off-street parking provide room for multiple vehicles and a boat.

Self-check-in is available through a secure lockbox.

Other Things to Note:

Linen: Bed linen and towels are not currently supplied. Guests will need to bring sheets, pillowcases and bath towels or arrange linen hire before arrival.



Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not available at the property. Although there is a desk area downstairs, it should not be advertised as a dedicated workspace unless internet is added.



Swimming pool: The private pool is fully fenced but is not heated. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times.



Pets: The property is pet-friendly and has a fenced backyard. Guests remain responsible for supervising their pets and cleaning up after them.



The home has internal stairs, an elevated deck and outdoor areas.
