This hotel was perfect for our week in Salzburg. It was convenient to all the sights. There were several really great restaurants in the neighborhood and breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. Comfy beds, friendly service, and great amenities made this a wonderful home base for us for the week!

The hotel is wonderful overall; however, some rooms—specifically the one I stayed in, room 402—have a very low ceiling next to the bed. This poses a safety concern, as there is a high risk of hitting one’s head when getting up. Additionally, the shower is particularly cramped and uncomfortable.

Small clean room, friendly staff at check in. Our room was ready early which was a bonus! Scaffolding in front of the building made it a little difficult to find entrance and also outside our window so no view of anything at that time. About a 10min walk from train station and in a busy part of town however, just start walking and within 5mins you are exploring some gorgeous parts of Salzburg!
