  • This house is part of small un condominium 3 bedrooms and a studio, which estan leased during her high season for tourists worldwide.

    The house has:
                                 1 spacious suite of 30 m2 with private bathroom and a veranda overlooking the sea to enjoy the best hours of the day on the first floor. This furnished with cupboards, double bed. It also takes down a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a full bathroom and a huge varranda where is also a room apoyo case has a gran number of people, all esso overlooking the sea; Podde accomodar up to 6 people.

    The house is near the center, in a quiet place away from the village barrulho. The atmosphere is warm.

It was such a great time!!!!

We had such an awesome time at this house. The house was clean and organized. The view is inspiring. The owner was kind and helpful. The price is fare. I will definitely recommend this house to my family and friends.

É a terceira vez que me hospedo na Casa das Árvores e cada uma das experiências foi incrível e única. Fui em 2010, 2013 e duas vezes em 2014, sendo a última estadia em 16/11. A casa tem uma localização privilegiada por estar situada no topo do Morro, em um ambiente calmo e tranquilo. Para chegar é necessário percorrer um caminho acidentado que permite um contato mais direto com a natureza, o que eu considero agradável e revigorante. A subida não é nada que te desanime a ficar na casa, até porque a vista e a tranquilidade recompensam e muito esse pequeno detalhe. A casa é ampla e aconchegante. A varanda e a vista me atraíram bastante, o que me fez acertar na escolha. O proprietário é muito simpático e solícito – não tive problema em nenhuma estadia. Morro é um lugar encantado, com praias paradisíacas e uma energia maravilhosa. Gosto muito da localização e da casa, por isso, sempre que vou a Morro não hesito em ficar lá.

La casa está situada en las montañas, Para llegar hay que hacer antes de un largo tramo de escaleras y luego continuar en un camino a través del bosque completamente lleno de barro por lo que cuando llueve es muy resbaladiza, sin barandilla rodeado de alambre de púas, muy peligrosa, además de ser muy extenuante. La casa fue entregada sucia, nos dieron sólo una toalla y una sabana por persona durante 15 días. En el baño de la planta baja no funciona el agua caliente, así que tuvimos que ducharnos en 5 personas en el baño en la planta superior. Ante de reservar expliquè al dueño de la casa que venia tambièn una señora anciana y él me aseguró que no habría ningún problema. Pedí un reembolso al propietario el día siguiente, pero él dijo que no era posible, después de tres días de tortura en esta casa alquilamos otra cerca del mar muy amplia con todas las comodidades para el mismo precio. Otra vez le pregunté a un reembolso al propietario de las 12 noches que no se han utilizado, pero el no respondiò ni a los correos electrónicos ni al telefono. Yo no recomendaría a nadie a alquilar esta casa, està malisima.
