  • A peaceful place to enjoy spectacular Northumberland. Central location with fabulous views across the Braid to the Marina and the new Birdsong sculpture which gives the apartment its name.
    A perfect place to bring your family and enjoy the beaches, water sports, local walks, fresh fish and seafood all within a short walk.
    Two bedrooms, one king size and one triple sleeper to accommodate 5 altogether.

This is a very well equipped, warm and comfortable property. Surprisingly spacious and with everything you could want, we really enjoyed our stay. A very short walk from the centre of town we really would recommend this to anyone wanting totally relax. Great job, owners, thank you.

The location is ideal to be central to the shops, beach and pubs. The apartment has everything that you need and more. We did find unfortunately the apartment had a smell of dogs. Not being dog owners ourselves we probably smelt this more. The beds are really comfy. We would definitely return to Amble, but we were blessed with the weather to help our trip more. We did manage to get a parking spot around the corner from the apartment so had no issues parking. Checking in was so easy and communication fantastic from the hosts.

THE APARTMENT IS EXACTLY AS THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE WITH GOOD QUALITY BEDDING. IT IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED AND IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION, A NICE WALK TO THE HARBOUR AND SHOPS VERY HANDY. WE USED THE BUSES TO GO TO WARKWORTH, AMBLE AND ALNMOUTH. ALTHOUGH YOU CAN'T PARK BY THE APARTMENT THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING CLOSE BY.

Excellent accomodation

Had an amazing stay. The apartment is absolutely fantastic. We have never stayed in a holiday home which was so well equiped. We will be back!

Disappointing return visit

We stayed at birdsong last spring for a few days and everything was superb and we were excited to return. Things had changed, carpets all rucked up, rug looked like it needed a wash, stains on bathroom floor, damaged bath mat and worst of all the mattress on king size bed that was outstanding last year had been changed for a far inferior one and so we had trouble sleeping. The radio we loved last year didn’t work and the Netflix and prime we enjoyed were no longer available. All in all a big disappointment.
