But even then, visible wear and tear (visibly dirty couch, grimey tiles, and hard to close kitchen cabinets). 「We never got an email telling us how to get to the property or what the lock code was. I tried several times to text the host on our way and he never got back to me. We ended up finding the property on our own which took awhile and the neighbor was nice enough to call the property manager who gave us the code. Major hassle! Other than that everything was fine.」

「Our stay at the Springs was beyond superb! Since this was the first time my husband and I experienced our trip without our adult children, our host was so helpful in answering questions pertaining to our requests, she was very prompt in responding with answers. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed to make our stay one of the most wonderful experiences ever!
