「I stayed with me son while in Legnano for a tournament. It was the perfect temporary home. We found the space very comfortable and accessible to the locations we were visiting. 「Apartamento ideal para visitar Milán y, sobre todo, la zona del Lago de Como. Es un edificio antiguo pero por dentro el apartamento está nuevo, todo reformado y muy limpio y cómodo. 「The apartment was very nice, clean and in a great location. It felt very safe, secure and in a busy area. Being made aware of cars not being able to get near the property or key pick up would have helped in our timing and planning. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms was not that good. 「Das Appartement war sehr schön und sehr stylisch umgebaut! Das Appartement Gaia ist auf 2 Stockwerken, welche mit einem Lift verbunden wären. Dieser hat während meinem Aufenthalt leider nicht funktioniert. Daher habe ich den 2. Stock jeweils über das Treppenhaus erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und sie haben mir immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Appartement verfügte über zwei Badezimmer und Duschen. "The staff was attentive and very quick to respond to my messages. My flight was delayed by 5 hours, and I ended up staying at the hotel for only about 3 hours. It was meant to be an overnight layover in Milan (original landing at 7:30 p.m. turned into past midnight), and with my connecting flight just 4–5 hours later, I even contemplated skipping the hotel altogether. Since it was too late for the free pick-up, I would have had to pay €35–40 for a taxi. Still, the staff (Celeste) stayed up late trying to reach me via WhatsApp and phone calls to confirm my arrival time. I truly felt he went above and beyond, especially considering this was a non-refundable booking (and he probably also needed to arrange the 4 a.m. airport drop-off). In the end, I did take a cab to the hotel, managed a couple of hours of rest, and I’m glad I did. Not to mention, they even left a breakfast-to-go in my room. Although my stay was short, I would definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for quiet accommodation and excellent customer service."

"マルペンサ空港、マルペンサエクスプレスの駅に直結していてとても便利。ホテルの敷地が広く、部屋までなかなか辿り付かないのだけが唯一の難か？最初に泊まった時は、夜遅く時差ボケの頭で迷ったが、今回は2回目で問題なかった。廊下に敷いてある厚手の絨毯の上をスーツケースの車輪が滑りにくいが、音を和らげるためなのだろう部屋が広く、ベッドの寝心地がとても良い。今回も出発が早く、滞在時間は長くなかったが熟睡できた。このベッドが非常にありがたい。照明も居心地が良く、朝食を取るなどゆっくり過ごせなかったことだけが残念。"
