Welcome to Blue and Gold Getaway!

  • This charming, historic cottage is in the perfect location for Mountaineer fans! Just a short walk from the WVU football stadium, it's the perfect place to stay for game day. With four bedrooms, two baths, and a large yard, you'll have plenty of space to tailgate before the big game. And with original trim and a sun porch, you'll feel like you're stepping back in time to a bygone era. Don't miss the original built-in cabinet in the dining room and the charming cabinets surrounding the fireplace (which is not in use). Just keep in mind that this is an older home with some quirks. While it's not a completely remodeled house, it's full of character and perfect for anyone looking for a cozy, historic place to stay! Please note the house is situated slightly above the road and has several steps going to the house. We are also 1 mile from WVU Medicine Ruby Memorial Hospital, 1 mile from Suncrest Towne Center and 1.5 miles from downtown Morgantown ( High Street), and 2.5 miles from WVU Coliseum. The perfect location for whatever brings you to Morgantown, business or pleasure!
