What some guests may not like about our listing:
- We have a small garage and parking in front of the condo. Large vehicles may need to park farther away and walk a bit with how tight the neighborhood can get at times.

Our home provides a cozy accommodation for 4 guests in 2 queen size beds, with the option to accommodate a fifth person on the couch if desired. The house is permitted for an overnight occupancy of up to 5 guests and undergoes professional cleaning after each stay.

Enjoy free WiFi, streaming live TV with Smart TV with one in each room, and complimentary coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, as well as glassware, mugs, dishes, and utensils.

The entirety of the House is available for your use throughout your stay. The space is exclusively yours, with no shared areas, ensuring complete privacy for the duration of your visit.

In-person interaction will be minimal, except for cases requiring a handyman's assistance. We offer self check-in and comprehensive instructions, ensuring you won't need to wait on our responses except for specific circumstances.

We can also be easily reached via the messaging feature within the app.

After confirming your reservation with us, you will receive a keyless entry code for the home three days prior to your scheduled stay.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
