This location is wonderful and very economical! Serves larger groups super well with the spacious rooms. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they made our stay feel like home for a short while. Only a short walk to the main city center and cathedral, do highly recommend!

The staff was friendly , they helped keep our medication in their fridge. The location is great close to Jardin de las Flores and Centro. But the bath towels so old and the lock to the street window was broken. The rooms need some TLC.

Air conditioningworked well.Room was made, but dirty.Got there around 11:30pm.Front desk clerk changed sheets and cleaned up.After that stayed for over a week. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they fave me a discount for the rest of my stay. It's in a good location,a few blocks from the cathedral and close to a lot of restaurants and places of interest.I only gave it 4 stars because of the room the first night.Otherwise,it was very comfortable and convenient in many ways.Rooms relaxes, relatively simple.I got the last room they had and had to change one night because I went day by day,but they asked me every day if I wanted them to block their last room and they did. I think most people would be happy there,as long as you're not looking for luxury Good price, really good location.Parking garage uncovered about 50 meters awaymI parked across the street 7 of the 8 nights U stayed.

We stayed there 4 nights. Overall the stay was good without any issues. The service to get the room ready was rather slow. In general the Hotel needs decor upgrade and better block the noise from the street.

Quick night in Morelia

Even though we came rather late, the manager guided us to the parking lot down the street and waited there while we circled the block. She was very friendly. The hotel was very clean, attractive. The only complaint is the air conditioner was difficult to use. A simple ceiling fan would keep the air moving and be comfortable.

This hotel is set in an old building but its quaint and well maintained. 24 hour front desk. Secure, included parking less than a block away. Within easy walking distance of the cathedral and all the restaurants and shops in Centro. The room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of choices on the TV, except CNN which would be nice for English speaking guests. It's available but not subscribed to. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel for its convenience and besides some road traffic which died down by 10:00pm, its quietness. Would stay here again.

The staff was always nice and helpful. This hotel has parking right around the corner and it's a quick and easy walk to downtown. There's a free water refill in the lobby. The room was definitely a bit run down. Sheets and pillow cases were really rough and pilled. My biggest issue was the bathroom. The trashcan next to the toilet was dirty from previous occupants, the plastic liner wasn't changed, as a result the bathroom spelt very bad as soon as we got in the room. The lighting in the bathroom is really bad so it's hard to see in the shower but I could still see the mold. We were here 2 nights and decided to wait until our next hotel to shower because didn't want to use it again. There is no ventilation in the bathroom just a hole that goes into the room. The lighting in the room is very harsh if that bothers you. The air conditioner started leaking but thankfully we noticed it before it did more than get my bag a little wet. We did find a dead cockroach but that's probably an issue across the city and not just them.

The mattress was hard and the hot water didn’t work. I was inconvenienced and they offered room with a king size bed for an additional fee. I ended up switching to another room with a queen bed.

If you’re looking for a last minute hotel, or planning a trip to morelia and don’t want to spend too much; this is the place! the hotel is so cute and cozy, staff is super attentive, helpful, and extremely welcoming! On the contrary…my BIGGEST complaint was the shower was the only thing not cleaned. We had to shower with our sandals on but besides that the hotel was nearby the best amenities in the city. Two minutes away is Dulces Morelianas, 5 minutes away is the Cathedral and the Centro. 10/10 would recommend this hotel…(maybe just check the shower first before unpacking)!!!
