「We arrived late as per our reservation and the front desk was very quick to attend to us and provide our keys within minutes of our arrival and greeted us with understanding and kindness. 」

「Nothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room.
