"This is our second time staying at Edgelake and we love staying in these condos by the lake instead of a tiny hotel room. Relaxed home away from home style stays that help save money from eating out on vacation with the full kitchen. This unit was a little outdated and we couldn't control the temperature, which oddly enough meant we were to hot all night. Nothing wrong with the beds, per se, but not too my liking and I didn't sleep well. But it's literally on lake Tahoe and close to Northstar which check two big boxes for me in addition to a much more relaxing option than hotels. We will likely stay here again but would love to see a little upgrading. "

"Host was very welcoming and the cottage is adorable. We will definitely rent this place again, maybe in the Fall. The only issue was the heat was too warm even though we set it completely to the left. The cottage was warm when we arrived. "

"Our family of six (plus our black Labrador) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vista Azul. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need, truly making it feel like a home away from home. The views of the lake were breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special.Communication with the hosts, Tim and Howaida, was exceptional. They were warm, responsive, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming.The home was exactly as advertised (if not better) with stunning views and a perfect location. It’s conveniently close to Lake Tahoe, Northstar California Resort, Safeway, and tons of great food and restaurant options nearby.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend Vista Azul to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, beautifully located getaway with incredible views and outstanding hosts!"
