"Property is cleans and spacious. I always enjoy the pool area. The rooms are very small with only doubles beds. It is a tight squeeze with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Buses are available for Disney parks. "

"Check in process very misleading. Checked in warly, only to not have an available room until after 4. Reception is 24 hrs howerever the room availability is not. Didn't have a room ready at the official check-in time of 4."

"My room was NOT a lake view, it was a construction site view with construction starting at 7am daily- that was great to wake up to every morning… the room was also not very clean, lots of mildew/ mold in the shower tile grout lines. The stove and ice machine did not work. (Someone did come fix the stove when we called) we waited two hours for food at the Valencia our first night, so plan to order food in or eat outside of the resort. I would also suggest brining a cart to haul all your stuff from the car as this place is a MAZE! Even though it was a little outdated, I will say all the staff we came in contact with were VERY nice and I really appreciate that. "

"Clean room but they charge for daily cleaning. Most of the staff was great. Had problems with room keys not working repeatedly. The plug in receptacles in the besides lamps were worn out and did not charge our phones. We didnt notice until the next night. Had two rooms and all four lamps had the same issue. "
