The terrasse is shared with every guest in the building, this unit has direct access to the terrace.
Please Advise there is construction infront of the unit which blocks access to cars access but leaves access by sidewalk.
Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, Nexpresso machine with coffee, everything you need to feel at home.

Griffintown is up and coming

This property is clearly owned by a corporation. As such it is not very personal. The appliances are high end and very nice, but it is hard to see how anyone is going to use them. There was an exposed electrical outlet in our bedroom. Overall, the renovation on the building is quite nice, but does not appear to be complete. Griffintown has a lot of construction. A lot of it appears to be other short term rental properties such as this. There is also a lot of road construction which appears to be a lot about bicycle infrastructure. When it is complete, it should be quite easy to get around via bicycle, although it is a little difficult to bring bikes up the stairs. It is near the Lachine Canal, which means easy access via bikes to the old port and Atwater Market. In a year or so, I think this will be a very good location, though a little far to walk to say the old port and/or St. Laurent.I was a little disappointed that the price listed did not include all of the fees. With fees, it was almost twice the price listed on the VRBO map.
