Better to bring your own towels as the towels are of poor quality. The air conditioning is portable and therefore loud and puts you to sleep. Showers, toilets, and beds are comfortable to use. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is only bread, banana, apple, cereal, coffee, and milk.

計5泊しましたが、その間、リネン類交換が一度もなかった。そのため、バスタオルやトイレットペーパーをフロントにもらいに行くことになった。タオルの質が良くないのか、顔を拭くと青色の繊維がかなり付いてしまうので、翌日からティッシュペーパーで拭くようにした。 また、部屋の鍵の開閉がすんなりと出来た試しがなく、何度か回してみて開けたり閉めたりした。 築100年程の建物なので、床面が斜めです。

My stay at this hotel was definitely an experience. I chose it primarily because of its convenient location and the need for a refrigerator, as I was traveling with frozen food. The location was initially appealing due to its proximity to the metro and supermarket. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find stairs at the entrance, a noticeable moldy smell, and an overall very outdated feel to the property. Check-in was quick and easy, but my room was located in a separate building that required walking across a rooftop/terrace to access. Unfortunately, that’s where things took a turn. When I first stepped onto the rooftop, I was greeted by two large rats, along with visible garbage and bird droppings. I initially hoped this was a one-time encounter, but that wasn’t the case. Every time I went outside, I saw rats running across the area. It became very unsettling and made it difficult to relax or even sleep, as I was constantly worried about them. The room itself was acceptable at a glance, but cleanliness was an issue. The bedsheets appeared dirty, and the bathtub had a slow drain, likely clogged with hair. Showering became uncomfortable as water accumulated, and I even had to try clearing the drain myself. Wi-Fi was another frustration. Although three different networks were provided, none worked reliably, and I struggled to stay connected throughout my stay. There was a basic breakfast offered, but after repeatedly encountering rats and unsanitary conditions outside, I

Some of the negative reviews for this place are way too harsh. I think some people just have unrealistic expectations.For an economy level hotel, this place does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s clean, it’s affordable, and it’s located in a perfect spot near multiple metro stops and grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to walk to lots of different places. It has 24 hour desktop and a secured entrance.The rooms are a bit small, but the bathrooms have been updated. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is limited – just three types of cereal, toast, coffee, tea, and fruit. But it’s free and it does the job. I would definitely stay here again.

il serait utile d'indiquer l'absence d'ascenseur. autant la réceptionniste du matin est professionnelle, agréable et attentive, autant son collègue de l'après midi et du soir est désagréable. comme sa collègue en charge du petit déjeuner (qui n'a de "continental" que le nom). Il ne répond pas aux salutations, indique qu'il n'y a qu'une seule chaine, alors que les piles de la télécommande sont mortes... la propreté de l'hôtel laisse à désirer : assiettes sales qui trainent sur la desserte du couloir pendant 2 jours; cheveux dans la sdb, poussière sur le bureau; tv capricieuse qui marche sporadiquement,.... aucune aide pour porter les bagage d'une chambre à l'autre. dans la première, il n'y a pas de tablette de lavabo, dans la seconde, le lampadaire pres du lit ne fonctionne pas... en revanche, le personnel de ménage est très agréable.

You get what you pay for, I guess. The toilet didn't flush (I had to lift the tank lid and manually flush every time). The smell of smoke permeated the hallway. There was a 1980s-era polyester quilt on the bed and blue stained towels in the washroom rather than white. No additional lock/deadbolt from the inside of the room for added security. I nearly wiped out a few times on the icy steps to the hotel entrance. The TV had very few channels. Good shower pressure and location, though.

AVOID AT ALL COST! I know the price can be attractive, but genuinely was disgusting. The hotel reeks of cigarettes and mildew. The furniture and bedding both were littered with stains, and the bathroom had water mold in both the shower and sink. I wouldn’t wish staying here on my worst enemy.

room is clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is basic and nice to have, price and location are great. Only suggestion is to make sure to use blackout curtains; we were facing to the street, so one of our windows doesn't have blackout curtain and it's bright with the street lights.

The room was gross at best. The stairs were gruelling and the staff were incredibly rude except for the two that assisted with check out. The person who helped during check in was by far the worst.

The room was dirty; everywhere hairy, the bedsheet had bloody spots... I have photographs to prove the dirt. Additionally, the entrance of the hotel was slippery because of the tiles that was very dangerous in the winter.
