シャワーが壊れて冷水しか出ず、部屋の変更を申し出ても対応してもらえなかった。 直ったと言い張るものの、実際には水しか出ず最悪だった。

立地便利で綺麗で広々だが客室内でWiFiが使えないのが不便
空港とダウンタウンを結ぶバス747のバス停がホテルの目の前にある。徒歩5分でメトロの駅，10分以内にスーパーあり，立地は便利。室内はリビングと寝室が分かれていて広々(402号室)。冷蔵庫あり。客室のセイフティボックスは使えない（鍵がないとのこと）。フロントのセーフティボックスはノートPC等の大型物は不可。客室内ではWiFiがほぼ繋がらない。ロビーではWiFi接続可能。

よく見るといろんなところの古さに気づくが、特に何の問題もない。スタッフの対応も普通で格別良くも悪くもなかった。室内の空調を調整することができず、終始肌寒かったのが残念。ホテルの立地は中心地に近く、徒歩での移動が可能だったのはとてもよかった。駅も近く、バス停も目の前だった。近くにチャイナタウンがあったり、カフェもたくさんあったのがよかった。

503号室を利用しました。 部屋は照明が少し暗かったですけど清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです。Wi-Fiも日中はかなり快適で、集中的に利用される夕方以降は少し遅い印象がありましたがあまり気になりませんでした。 また空港行きバスのSTM747線のバス停が目の前なので立地としては中心地からは少し外れていますがおすすめ出来るホテルだと思います。 またモントリオールに行く時は利用したいと思います。

Hôtel idéalement situé pour nos besoins dans le Quartier des Spectacles. L'accueil a été rapide et courtois. Nous avons été réveillés par un petit chien qui jappe dans une chambre adjacente, puis par le camion à déchets qui passe à 7h le lundi matin. Air climatisé bruyant mais la chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. Somme toute, un bon rapport qualité-prix pour le quartier.

L'hotel est au centre ville de Montreal. Mais il n'a pas de restaurant pour prendre son petit dejeuner, ni pour dejeuner. Les chambres sont confortables.

Great location and friendly staff at a very affordable price. If you don't plan spending any time in your room while being awake, you might not be bothered by the beaten up furniture, dated decor, slightly stained sofa cushions, and overall wear-and-tear.

Rooms feel dated, and wasn’t that clean. The pillows were all different sizes and uncomfortable. Also, there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean. A few minor details though: a full length mirror would be nice, as there was just the one over the sink in the bathroom, and the toilet paper holder was really far from the toilet (at 5’5” I could barely reach it when sitting). Also, the restaurant was closed for renovations so we always had to go out to eat, and there was an odd smell in the lobby of our floor (but not in the room itself). This being said, I would still go back as the location was very convenient, even with all the surrounding construction.
