Great place to stay

Check-in info was easy to follow. Very close to the metro station which made is easy to get to everywhere we wanted to see. Host was quick to reply to any questions we had. Overall a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

Really happy with my stay here. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and kitchenware, fresh towels were supplied, beds were clean, and the location was perfect for the Montreal marathon as it was close to the finish line.

Great location, excellent stay

Great location, super close to the metro. Shopping, cafés, restaurants and bars are just a few minutes walk away. Owner/manager is exceptionally responsive and flexible. Couldn’t say enough about how they helped out with our schedule.

Great place with a good location

The house was located very close to the botanic Garden in the Olympic stadium. The unit was very spacious and perfect for a family looking for a base to explore Montreal. Communication with the host was quick and easy and overall it was a great stay.

Great Location, Great Host

Very clean, spacious apartment on the main floor of the house. Great location, near Olympic Park and the Space for Life museums. Hang is a very responsive host who kept in touch to answer all of our questions and provide great recommendations for nearby restaurants, grocery and bakeries. We enjoyed walking every morning to a wonderful French bakery for our lattes and croissants!

Comfortable and clean and in a good location!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was close to the Metro and also near the Olympic Stadium which has a bunch of options for things to do! My wife went out for 2 or 3 runs and it is a good safe neighbourhood. Grocery stores and pizza shops and a really good Poutine place were nearby. The owners had everything we needed and all 3 beds were very comfortable! I will stay here again if the need arises!

Excellent Location

This property had everything we needed for a great stay in Montreal. Shopping, restaurants and the Metro were 2 blocks away, and the center of the city was a short Metro ride away. I didn't realize when booking that the owner has long term tenants both upstairs and downstairs from the unit - good to know for those of us with rambunctious kids. Overall, a wonderful spot and a very helpful owner.

Hochelaga Stay

The location was good, very close to the places we wanted to visit in Montreal. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The online booking was easy. Because the location was near a main road, it was quite loud at night It was fairly clean, however we had bugs crawling around in our kitchen. It was an ok accommodation. It's best for people that are looking for an affordable place to stay with a good location.

We enjoyed the house very much. It was close to our event. It was just a 2 minute walk to a metro station. 5 minute walk to some grocery stores. The house was very clean, very spacious and quiet. If I needed any info i was able to contact Hang and got a response right away.

Great location right by the metro and park.

The neighborhood used to be known as a poorer area, but has gone through some gentrification. My suburban children didn't feel scared or uncomfortable. There are tenants living below the apartment, so if you have kids that stomp, jump or yell it might not be a great fit. Otherwise, it is a great stay.

What a great place. Location is perfect, close to everything you need. Apartment is super clean and has all the amenities that would need for your stay. Washer/Dryer, computer/wifi, AC, satellite TV and a parking space just to name a few. This a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Owner is very well organized and has all instructions perfectly explained. Any questions are very promptly answered within minutes. Next trip to Montreal my family and I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend in Montreal

This property is located walking distance from biodome and botanical gardens. Few blocks away there is nice bakery and several rrstaurants and bars. Accros the street there is a park with splash playground. Metro station is few minutes away and takes about 15 min to get to downtown. Apartment is nice with 3 ac bedrooms full kitchen and dining area. Kitchen is also spacious and has table and chsirs for 4. Owner is very friendly and checks if you have any needs. Recommended highly.

Wonderful Stay in Montreal

We had a great time staying at this location in Montreal. There is a great park and splash pad right across the street, the metro if 2 blocks away and it is a 15 min walk to the Botanical Gardens of Montreal. The host is wonderful and makes the check in process very easy. On the first night there the power went out for many hours due to a really bad thunderstorm. The host came within 15 minutes with flashlights and other lights so that we could get around the house easier with the power out. She checked in often to make sure our stay was great! I would stay there again for sure! The 3 separate bedrooms were also great!

Comfortable house with prompt communication

Hang‘s place is a comfortable 3 bedroom house with all 3 beds located in the same level. All the beds were comfortable to sleep in and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessities including dish soap and scrub. Hang lives close by and helped us with adjusting temperature of the house when we requested it. It’s a bonus that he speaks good English for tourists visiting Montreal. Property 5 mins drive to biodome with lots of restaurants downtown. One full bathroom for the whole house, to be expected in the old Montreal area. Overall a good stay for 4 adults and 2 kids with kids having their own room and the 2 couples with their respective 2 bedrooms.

Pretty nice spot

Nice apartment. Stayed with my family of 5 lots of room. Location is a little far from Old Montreal but very close to metro. We used it to go to Alouette game. Very good communication from property manager, answered right away. Big park right across street. La Hochelaga restaurant/shop strip two blocks away, has some restaurants. Would recommend this place for anyone going to montreal but not wanting to stay right downtown

The apartment was easy to find & get to; the area is OK, but a bit noisy (near a fire station and major bus routes), but generally fine. It was nice to have a metro station a block away. Everything we needed was there.

Excellent home for a family of 6 to stay at for a long weekend. Fully supplied with linens, dishes, etc. So convenient to the metro (less than a 5 minute walk). We didn’t need to use our vehicle once! Also close to pleasant local establishments - coffee shops, convenience store, restaurants, bars, ice cream etc and almost across the road from a park. Excellent and prompt communication with owners. We didn’t have any specific problems or needs, but it sounded like they would be available to take care of anything that may have come up.

Excellent family rental

This was probably the most immaculate short term rental I've ever experienced. The beds were so comfortable for sleeping. It's location was quite convenient - only 2 blocks away from the subway stop and places to eat not too far away. The one possible drawback were the quiet hours rules. For us it was not problematic- most of us went to bed early. But someone traveling with an infant or very young child would find them challenging. Host was the easiest one to reach that I've ever experienced when we needed explanations of some of the things in the apartment.
