No one served our room with clean towels for the three days while we were staying there. There was no coffee, condiments, and no one came to refill. Our washing machine was broken. They left only one dishwasher cleaning tab when we checked . There was construction on the balconies which we were informed of. But it was very noisy through the whole building. The hotel is tired and needs some updating.

One of the best hotel experiences i’ve ever had! Rachel was BEYOND helpful! From check in to check out, everything she did for us was very thoughtful and meticulous. Her genuine kindness was the highlight of our trip! The facility itself is very well maintained and our room was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back!
