Unweit vom Zoo Pairi Daiza entfernt. Gute Parkplatzmöglichkeit, schöne saubere Zimmer u freundliches Personal. Essen im Restaurant gut, aber lauwarm. Kein Bademantel auf dem Zimmer, das wäre wünschenswert.

Chambres spacieuses et très propres ... néanmoins, quelques point sont à revoir : l'eau qui est payante à la salle fitness, pas de room services pour les boissons, personnel pas toujours très poli, soirées tardives et bruyantes ... bref, un hôtel qui se veut chic mais qui vise l'expansion de ses services au dépens de la qualité.

Mauvaise expérience
La suite réservée devait faire 60m2 et au final après réclamation a l’accueil on m’informe que la superficie est de 35m2. Bref trop petite et pas prévenu à l’avance. Personnel trop jeune et pas suffisamment formé pour de l’hôtellerie. Il y a même des familiarités surprenantes comme le tutoiement.

Bonsoir convenable pcq ´à la base la chambre qu’on m’avait réservé la première nuit c’était pas la chambre que j’avais réservé.J’étais obligé de réclamé le changement de la chambre. Chose réclamée,chose faite.Par contre j’attire l’attention pour les serviettes.Chaque fois nous utilisons des vielles serviettes dans la chambre,ça ne donne pas l’avis. Merci

Human feces on towels & food poising.
There was human feces on the shower towel. I asked reception to replace this and they did no,t nor did they bring a new towel to the room when requested. Asked for a manger, none came. Also go food poising from the resteraunt.

Very good hotel, with nice rooms. The steam shower was an excellent addition, the rooms are comfortable and the AC works very well. The restaurant is also excellent. Only downside is the location is not great.

Good hotel near Mons center with a lot of services - gym, swimming pool, spa, restaurant - and easy to access by car - and very soon by foot and train through the new train station.

Clean, comfortable hotel with great staff
Clean hotel. Easy check-in process. Not far to walk to centre of Mons. Restaurant offered great food - we went for desserts. The room itself was large and had a powerful shower in a perfectly sized bathroom. Parking was part of the price and so the stay was economical too. Staff were so helpful and the little touches in the room were great as we hadnt had these in other hotels in Europe at the same price point. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the region. Hotel is also close to a mall (15 min walk) that had places to have coffee and also do some chocolate shopping as some premium Belgian chocolate brands had shops/stalls here. Of course there wer either shops too as per a notmal mall.
