"For some reason water leaked from the bathroom through the wall to the carpet between the beds into my son's backpack. I notified the manager so they can send someone up to fix. But he immediately offer to move us to a larger suite. We really appreciate the quick action which made my kids happy."

"It was amazing, the hotel was great! And the staff were very helpful and nice! Everything was very comfortable and felt very nice! The area was very nice, and very convenient for a lot of sight seeing. I think my biggest complaint was I spent a lot of money for a corner suite with a city view and then had a room on the lowest floor we could, with a view that looked like a parking structure. The room it’s self was very nice but I wish it wasn’t advertised as a city view with photos that are stunning. "
