In Monopoli, the holiday home "Casa Kennedy" is conveniently located close to the beach. The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating as well as cable TV. A baby cot is available for an extra fee per night.

The holiday home also offers 2 private balconies where you can relax in the evening.

A free access beach is 100 meters away, a supermarket 20 meters, and the old town of Monopoli 700 meters. The area is very well served and has all the services within walking distance.

Free parking is available in the residential area.

Great Apartment

Spacious and super clean apartment walkable to the historic center and the beach! Pietro was nearby and met us at check-in and check out, he had fantastic recommendations for a restaurants as well! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

The house was a great place to stay and the pics were right on. It had numerous attractions and great restaurants that were in town and walkable. Additionally, Polignano, Albertoville, Matera and others were a short drive away, We had a great time in the area and enjoyed our stay.

The only negative on this property is that there was one bed less than what was listed In one bedroom the twins were sheeted together and made into a double The prop manager refused to take them apart or provide sheets for me to do so
