The apartment is located in the historic center just steps from Piazza Palmieri, from the Castle of Charles V and the free beach of Porta Vecchia, that is only a 5 min walk.

The house is situated in a quiet area, but only 100 meters from Piazza Garibaldi: a square full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and pubs.

The old town is ZTL

It is preferable to leave the car in Via Procaccia, in the Porta vecchia area and continue on foot for 5 min

The apartment is on the first floor of a building, without a lift. You have to go up 15 steps.

In 60 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates four people.

LIVING AREA. Living room with double sofa bed and 150 video projector as a television. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, electric kettle and various kitchen utensils.

LOFT WITH DOUBLE BEDROOM. You have to go up 11 steps.

BATHROOM. Jacuzzi with shower, bidet and hairdryer.

The historic center of Monopoli is located within the limited traffic area so accommodation can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited.

3 park & ride from June to September at a cost of 1 euro to reach the city center. Electric bus from the station to the city center of which the hourly cost is € 1.00 with the possibility, for shorter stops, to pay the minimum fare of € 0.50 for only half an hour.

It is possible to pay up to a daily maximum of € 4.00 in the period from 1 October to 31 May (from 8.30 to 13.30 and from 16.30 to 20.30 and only on weekdays) of € 8.00 in the period from 1 June to 30 September (from 8.30 to 13.30 and from 17.00 to 24.00 including holidays).

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from all the attractions of the city.

The historic center of Monopoli is distinguished by its ancient port and a free beach. In recent years a series of restaurants and bars are populating the monumental streets and squares.

In summer at 200 meters there is a bus stop for the beautiful beaches of Capitolo.
