Overall the property was nice - the rooms were actually quite large and spacious and very clean. A couple of issues I would note: the room did not have any air conditioning and even with the fans on its was about 10 degrees hotter in the room than outside. Also there was only 1 garbage can in the bathroom and no cleaning supplies (dish soap or sponges etc). Overall it was a good place with the exception of the heat.
Excellent place, very clean, you’ll love the staff
It was a n amazing place to stay at. Plenty of room and one room had an extra bed already and a couch. Spacious, very clean. Checked in late at night, after hours. I would love to go back again. The staff, especially the admin was very warm welcoming lady. The kind of people that will make you come again just for them if it wasn’t their place.
Front desk attendant was amazing. Super knowledgeable about the area and very nice. Very nice large room and decor was great. Had a nice view and deck.
Bed was really hard, no extra blankets in the room, and thermostats didn't move the temperatures much.
Need to book for spa in advance, not the same day. So, missed out on spa.
la plaque de cuisson pour le four qui était fournie ne rentrait pas dans le four ni sur la largeur ni la longueur. Il faudrait peut-être songer à en fournir des plus petites
The property looked like it needed work, landscaping was not great and the cabins are not supplied with many things such as no air conditioning, the sofa was terrible, had a cover over it and it was an old sagging sofa which was torn and ripped, cable was bad, hardly any channels, no bug lights outside so lots of bugs gather at night, bedding was not great. The spa is an extra cost... will not go back
We have been greeted by Carol who was super friendly! Showed us the room, and made sure our stay was great! 5 stars for the property and rest of the stars for Carol! I will strongly recommend Village Scandinave and will be back soon!
We loved the room, layout was really nice and lots of space. The mattress on our bed was really too firm for us and we both woke up very sore and stiff. I would have loved to have used the "spa" but the hours were very restrictive, and you were required to book 2 full hours and it was an extra $20 per person. I would have like to have been able to use it for an hour later in the evening and I think it should have been included in the price. Staff were extremely pleasant and we were able to check in a bit early with no issues. Location was easy to find using Google maps and was a quick drive to Shediac and surrounding areas. The mattress and the spa availability were my only concerns.
The little house we stayed in was really picturesque and cozy. We only stayed one night, this was more of a place to spend a couple more days, perfect for a quiet family trip.
Great service, beautiful room, and convenient location to family (Grand Barachois).

Very secluded. Did not suit our visit at all. Suitable for people who will use their own kitchen facilities for whole stay, however no place close to buy food. Limited restaurant choices. Property looks like getting tired. Location far from tourist areas.

L'appparence en général peut mener à être décu mais l'expérience est acceptable.
Stayed just the one night but found it great to spread out as it was really a large one bedroom apartment with good kitchen. The French speaking owner had enough English to communicate with us.
Très bien comme endroit. Odeur du cèdre est très agréable. Nous le recommandons à nos connaissances. Toutefois un peu difficile à trouver. Vous devriez ajouter par le chemin Claude ou rue du golf. Bien apprécié. Bonjour
Do not book it in the evening from the road. GPS shows wrong directions close to the hotel, watch for the road sign! Reception closed, rep show up after we were waiting for about 20 min in an unlighted area close to a forest. One room which was booked for 3 persons had no blanket for a side bed. Price on hotel.com is not final, you must pay taxes. Overpriced.
We booked for 3 adults was told there was a double bed and a sofa, there was a double bed and a love seat definitely not suitable for an adult to sleep on! Nice set up for 2 abit pricy for 1 night but very quiet and peaceful we did not us the spa
