「Our check in process was not smooth. Upon booking on Expedia I used the search parameters for 1 adult + 2 children. I booked a one bedroom suite knowing the pull out sofa will be used for my second child. I chose to add buffet breakfast as prompted when selecting the room. I paid EUR27 for the ‘add on’. 「Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack」
