「The staff accommodated us with an early check-in follow our over night flight which was incredible. Only small issue we had was getting a room service sandwich one night. They could not toast the sandwich and were perturbed when we asked for it. Overall a great hotel with great staff and somewhere we will visit again. 」

「Room clean, hotel updated and nice, breakfast decent. Check-in was a little slow (2-3 staff, but still a 15+ minute wait to get to the front of the line), and the building is undergoing some renovations so there was noise. I slept like a rock though.」

They had their large dogs roaming freely, which was intimidating to nervous dogs on leads. The shower in our room was old and complicated to use. I forgot an expensive orthopaedic pillow at the guesthouse and requested it to be sent to me. 「家族経営の古城ホテルです。食事は津kませんが部屋にキッチンがあり、隣町まで食材を買いに行けば部屋での調理が可能です。付近にレストランもありませんので、車で直材を調達するか、車で隣町のレストランに出かけるかが必要です。最大3組しか宿泊できません。牧場も経営しており、マンパワーの制限がありホスピタリティーが高いわけではありませんが、不足はありませんでした。」

「Room was clean but bathroom not in good working order. Sink didn’t drain well, toilet didn’t flush well and the shower head wouldn’t stay up. For the price, a breakfast would have been good. 」
