In the heart of Menton’s Old Town, this elegant duplex for 2 combines modern comfort with old-world charm. On a pedestrian street, with shops and restaurants close by, the apartment is ideal for a couple who want to explore Menton and its lovely beaches.

On the first floor, the airy living space includes an L-shaped sofa with a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The decor is contemporary, but the building’s historic features, such as the vaulted ceilings and traditional, double windows have been retained. The separate, sleek kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and fridge.

Sleeping
The mezzanine bedroom is tucked under the vaulted ceiling. It is furnished with a smart double bed and wardrobe.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom is equipped with a large glass shower, basin, bidet and WC. Please note that the bathroom is equipped with a small boiler with a capacity of only 50 liters.

The beautiful town of Menton is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, culture, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. It lies between Monaco (30 minutes) and the Italian border (10 minutes) and has all the charm of the French and Italian Rivieras.

Located in the middle of the Old Town, just 3 minutes from the magnificent Baroque Basilica of St Michel Archange de Menton, the duplex is close to many amenities such as restaurants, cafés, bakeries and a supermarket, just 2 minutes walk from the front door. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (3- minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.

The city beaches - La Plage des Sablettes (4-minute walk) and Plage de Fossan (5-minute walk) are ideal for a morning swim or a day by the sea. Also close by is the Vieux Port de Menton (7-minute walk) where you can find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.
