Nice studio with sea view at Fontana Rosa, Garavan district.

You will be 5 minutes from the seaside, between the old town of Menton and the Italian border, right next to the Pian Park.

The studio is modern with a sunny balcony (south-facing), which offers a sea view. It consists of an entrance with storage, a wet room with an Italian shower as well as a spacious and bright living area.

Fully equipped, it offers the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay (internet connection, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine). It can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed and sofa bed).

Car trip? A private parking space is available in the basement (Dimensions: 5m10 x 2m40).
Train trip? Menton Garavan station is a 5-minute walk away.

la personne qui nous a accueilli a été trés sympathique .L'emplacement du logement est parfait ,vue magnifique sur la mer et un parc . La gare à 5 minute permet de se déplacer tout au long de la cote avec un train chaque 1/2 heure . parking souterrain pour son véhicule .
