  • Studio of about 28 m2 of art deco type located in Menton Garavan in the emblematic Villa Louise. <br>This bourgeois villa has a historical past with the daughter of the King of Belgium, hence its name!<br>It is classified as one of the most beautiful Côte d'Azur villas on the Côte Bleue.<br>Located in a quiet and residential area of Menton with private parking and swimming pool. <br>The studio is composed of 1 equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with 2 beds (rather suitable for young people), 1 sofa bed for 2 people. Maximum 3 people for accommodation.<br> It is located on the 1st floor with elevator. There are a 20 steps before arriving at the elevator.<br>Villa Louise is located 5 minutes from private beaches and restaurants by the sea, and only 12 minutes from the city center, 3 minutes from the train station.<br>Bed linen is provided.

Nette kleine Wohnung in toller Lage. Man ist in 3 Min zu Fuß am Bahnhof und am Hafen, in die wunderschöne Altstadt geht man 20 Minuten, es fährt auch ein Bus. Nachts war es schön ruhig. Wir haben den sicheren Parkplatz geschätzt und den Pool zum Erfrischen. Für 4 Personen fanden wir es ein wenig eng.
