The staff was accommodating and really nice. There's a secure area where they can hold your bags until you are able to check in. The room was very clean. The area outside the hotel was very noisy. The street outside the hotel was shut down due to construction work and cars could not drop you off directly in front of the hotel.

Wow! This hotel was centrally located for any major attraction in Madrid. The staff were accommodating and informative. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a lunchbox for our early morning flight. The service was impeccable!!

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel for 10 days, thank you for the great service that all the staff provided to us, also the location is excellent if you are going to Madrid for the first time.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Walkable to so much. Very clean and spacious, with lovely, friendly service. Would stay here again!

First, staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived very early, they took our bags while we got changed and let us know when our rooms were ready. Great breakfast and don't forget the rooftop bar. Perfectly located in Centro district, very walkable or metro nearby if needed.
