「This was an incredible place to stay for my first visit to Casablanca. The staff was incredible in helping navigate everything I needed. The food was really good. The room was nice and how a lot of amenities. The front desk was spectacular. I'm thank you for such a great stay.」

「Everything good, but at night time 9pm till midnight the loud music n noise from the Ground floor restaurant is terrible! Apartment on 1/F, feel the bang n vibration of loud music, then moving furniture after music stopped ☹️」

「Malgré plusieurs demandes aucun draps pour nos 2 enfants, il est indiqué petit dej possible sur place avec supplement hors aucun repas sur place. Nous avons réservé pour 5 et seulement 2 petites bouteilles d’eau de 50cl. Lavabo bouché, serviettes sales et il n’y en avait pas assez pour 5 nous avons dû reclamer. Pour les draps nous avons attendu jusqu’a presque 00h des draps et aucun draps n’a ete fournis on nous a indiqué un manque de linge donc mes enfants ont dormit sans linge de lit et ils...

「 The stuffs including the owners are super friendly and helpful even though our arrival time is quite late (actually it was midnight ) warmly welcomed us on the lovely first floor of the hotel. We stayed four days in total in the hotel and no negative experiences during the stay.」

「Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...

「There was no toilet paper, 2 of the 3 beds were broken (we had to put mattresses on the floor). The place is an appartment not a hotel, when we called so we could check in, the owner did not answer.」

「Très insatisfait de mon séjour pour les raisons suivantes: - pas de télé pendant tout le séjour malgré nos réclamations - seulement 2 serviettes de toilette (déjà utilisées) nous ont été proposées (pour 4 personnes) ! - escalier de piscine cassé - personnel discourtois - absence prestation de ménage malgré ce qui a été annoncé - même carte de clé pour plusieurs appartements hôtel !」
