This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). "We though how cliché to stay in a houseboat in the Netherlands and this one was perfect. It is updated in a very modern style and included everything we might need. The views from the back deck were very nice & allowed us to watch the sunset. The location is perfect in the quiet town of Aalsmeer yet a short drive to Keukenhof & Amsterdam. "
