We chose this hotel over a nearby competitor (with lower rates and bigger bed available) because they advertised that baby crib was available, but this was not the case and the reception staff was amused or surprised that we thought they would have a crib. The room had only 1 towel in the meager bathroom that looked nothing like the images shown on the hotels dot com page for our room type. We asked for another bath towel and some hand towels but...

Place stank of urine, mud and dust was everywhere, Bola Olugbodi asked me to pay again although I had paid on expedia. Booked for 2 nights, stayed awake for 1 night and checked out in the morning. Sat on a dirty floor watching the door all night, had to put tables and chairs against the door. Door had no lock. Place was so dirty, smelly, noisy, old and dilapidated. No pool or breakfast. "Rooms are very small and difficult to fit one person. I cannot imagine two people in that room. Food was good. Poole area very clean. Overall a good place if you have business in that area. "
