2 bed townhome with pool, hot tub, bball, tennis and playground access

2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome in the shadow of the famous Moab Rim. Rim Vista units have access to a swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, and a playground.

Pets are allowed in this unit and there is plenty of space for dog walking surrounding the complex. There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet-friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Please contact Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals with any questions.

Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.

Really enjoyed the property. Very comfortable main area and useful kitchen. The proximity to the highway made it kind of noisy. The only real complaint was the beds in the second bedroom were bad! Need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. The bed in that room was a double not a queen as advertised and it was very worn out.

Fall break getaway

Stay was good. Property was clean and in a great location with beautiful views. Downside was door lock didn’t work properly, it took several tries to put the code in before the door would actually open and the hot tub area was small and always full as it is shared with with the entire property.

Lovely Townhome

Stayed a few nights with our dog. Very clean and super comfortable. This place felt like home. The king bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. Good dog friendly property. We will for sure stay again when we come back to Moab.

Enjoyed the stay. Spacious condo. Very clean. Walking distance to pool. Traffic could be heard from upstairs bedrooms but not overly annoying. Good value.

Perfect spot for your visit in Moab

My husband and another couple came to visit for our birthdays. This property worked out perfect for the 4 of us and 2 dogs. First impression walking in the front door was that the property was very clean. Check in process was with a key padlock. We loved sitting on the back porch in the hammock. Plenty of dish ware and kitchen space for us to cook. The beds were not the most comfortable but were sufficient for a few nights. This property has beautiful views and is about 10 minutes from town. We loved this because there was less traffic and pretty quiet. The property has a pool and hotub which unfortunately we did not get to use. I did have a few questions and made a call to the vacation rentals. They were very accommodating and answered right away. Overall, we all loved our stay and would most definitely stay again.

Great accommodations for a family of 4

So much better than a hotel room. We stayed 5 nights and the condo met our every need. Getting into Moab and all the surrounding areas is easy. You do get some road noise from the highway, however we travel with a small fan for white noise so not a huge deal for us. Great place.

Great place

I stayed here with my 13 year old grandson, He was over the moon excited with the video games that were available. Only downside was the pool/hot tub wasn't open
