"The hotel is strategically located to many amenities. There is a beautiful park nearby and all kinds of restuarants. Everything is is to get to by walking or ride share."

"The beds are extremely hard, more like sleeping on the floor. The lobby is not what's in their pictures. They took out tables and put lockers and baggage locking area. The breakfast is ok, but still not what's in their pictures. Even though they are remodeling the rooms are extremely small. In the single and twin bed rooms not even room to have your luggage open. The walls are thin you can here your neighbors, especially those who like to slam there doors or stamp the feet when they walk. The only plus side it location to Shinjuku Station about a 10 minute walk with underground walk locations a couple of blocks away. Easy walking distance to main eating and shopping area, 10-15 walk. Price wise if you're on a cheap budget it's for you, as for me I'll never stay there again. I'll stay at the Hilton or Marriott."
