Cozy paradise

Very cozy area of miyakojima this accommodation reminded me of staying at my grandparents, in the best way possible. Its a older building but has been renovated and looked after very well. It is clean and the owners are very accommodating and kind. You can rent bikes, motorized scooters and cars with them and i recommend this as miyakojima is fairly large place to explore. I kitchen area is spacious and clean and you can buy groceries and keep them in your mini fridge to cook. You are also close to one of the nicest beaches on the island with amazing sandy beach. I would love to visit again and use this accommodation, it was one of the best vacations i have ever had.

設備の数々は更新されていて良いものであった。古民家再生と言う事であったが、足音、設備の稼働振動音がかなりで気になった。同施設は若者向きかと、わたしの選定間違いではと反省。次回に気をつけようと思う。

かなりの割高感

四畳半くらいの個室に7泊。オフシーズン、バストイレ共同、建物と設備のボロさ、防音ほぼゼロの疑似ドミトリー状態、シーツなどの交換一切なし、地域の所得▪物価水準という諸要素に加え、近くにまともな商店、飲食店が皆無という立地の弱点も加味すると、大目に見ても3000円が上限じゃないすかね。それを上回っているプレミアム部分をどう解釈するか。英語インフラが充実していて、外国人を誘客できるため、超ドメの宿より強気の価格設定をしている可能性はあるが、日本人にとっては英語インフラはプレミアムにならん。宮古島のド田舎集落の雰囲気に浸りきれるというのはプレミアムになり得るが、前述の通りハード面がシャビーなので、ド田舎プレミアムを含めても3000円マックス。エクスペディアのリストの中ではお得に見えるが、超ドメも含めて慎重に選べば、もっとお得な宿があるはずだったと後悔。他サイトで「安かろう悪かろう」というレビューもあったが、ちょっと違う。そう言いたくなったレビュワーの気持ちは分かるが、これでは値段と中身が釣り合っているという評価になってしまう。正しくは「高い割に悪かろう」である。逆に3000円以下なら、現状でも及第点。はっきり言って、ハード面は、関空利用時に私がたまに泊まる釜ケ崎(あいりん地区)の格安ビジホと同レベル未満と見受けられたので、値段も同レベル未満にして下さいな。さて、値段以上にシャレにならんのは騒音。グループ客が、多数派として夕食時間帯からダイニングを占拠し、宴会を始める。これが毎晩。少数派▪早寝派の対抗手段は耳栓だけだが、先述の通り防音ほぼゼロなので、効き目なし。これは本当に辛かった。ここに泊まるなら、多数派形成に充分な人数で押し掛け、圧倒的火力で少数派を蹂躙すべし。
