Wildlife, including deer, turkeys, and multiple species of birds, are in the yard frequently. Elk in fall and winter.

Centrally located 5 to 15 minutes from the airport, downtown, the University,
Reserve Street and Snowbowl! Located on 5 acres with your personal entry and a solar-lighted large parking area. Parking for even very large vehicles.

Shaded private patio with dining for your personal use. Owners have a private patio on the other side of the house. High-speed WIFI Internet service plus Netflix/Amazon and other options. Cell phone service. Multiple USB ports on bedside tables.

Furnished with: Dishes, pot and skillet, wine opener, utensils, coffee pot, coffee grinder, tea water electric pot, Italian leather electric reclining large sofa, queen size bed and bedding, luxury vinyl flooring, contemporary kitchenette, large refrigerator, new microwave, dishwasher, blow dryer, large color flat screen tv., zone lighting on dimmers. Google speaker for music and Verizon booster for cell phones. No pets are allowed.


We are both fully Covid vaccinated with booster shots and wipe down all surfaces between stays. All bed linens and towels are washed prior to your stay. Solid core doors and added insulation in ceiling and walls for soundproofing. City water. We have been offering vacation rentals since 2012 successfully! Perfect place for a few days stay

We loved staying here. The bed was great, the place was very clean and Roxy was there when we arrived. She walked us through the unit showing us where things were. The only thing missing is a toaster.

Majestic location

My wife and I took a winter (Dec 27-31) vacation and found our stay to be convenient, comfortable, and accommodating. We appreciate the cleanliness of the space and ease of access. It has great views of the valley across the road where wildlife roam. We will visit again.

Homecoming Hideaway

We enjoyed home style hospitality and true comfort at this wonderful hideaway. Peace and beautiful scenery added to the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Affordable and clean

A lovely lil stay in a lovely Missoula apartment

Absolutely breathtaking!

We had the absolute best time and this property was beautiful! The room was incredibly clean and stocked with items. We saw a bunch of wild life outside the door which was wonderful to see. This property was close to everything we needed! Roxy was incredibly kind, responsive and nice.

Perfect!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights while I had to attend a conference in town. It is just as described in the listing and the reviews are spot on. It was a 10 minute drive to the conference, but allowed us peace and quiet in a wonderful setting. We would absolutely stay there again and it will be our “go to” for future visits to Missoula.

Location, location, location!

This property was absolutely perfect for me. Loved the beautiful view and the location. I used the walking path just across the road several times. The amenities were great—kitchen, washer and dryer were big help. And the bed was super comfortable. Many thanks to the great hosts!!!

Worth Way more than we paid

This property surpasses the convenience of a hotel room. It's spacious, fully equipped for light housekeeping, laundry and good sized bathroom. It's on the edge of the city, with easy access to the I90 and the main north south corridor. The value was more than we paid which was less than comparable hotels. Just stay here.

Extraordinary Property with breathtaking views!

My husband and I were coming to Missoula for our nieces wedding. The property and location was perfect for our trip. Upon our arrival, Roxy met us and showed us the tv & fireplace operations. The place was clean, well appointed and had pretty much anything we needed in the bathroom and the kitchenette. Queen bed was very comfy with soft linens and plenty of pillows. If you are looking for something quiet & peaceful but also 5 minutes from town, this is the place! Will definitely rebook again next time we are in Missoula.

Gorgeous views!

The property was located out of the congestion of downtown and very peaceful. Comfortable and spacious with fireplace too. Plenty of parking and we felt very safe. One thing we couldn’t find was a toaster but not a big deal, just putting it out there. Tricky to lock up from the outside until you figure it out. Thank you so much for this experience. Roxann was very communicative and helpful.

Perfect Place for One or Two People!!!

I stayed here for two nights for a pickleball tournament. The property is exactly as described in the listing. Roxy gave a special touch by meeting when I arrived and walked me through the accommodations. She also provided a couple of water bottles sparkling water and beer as well -very nice touch! This place is perfect for one or two people and a short drive (under 10 minutes) to U of M and the downtown area. There is a gorgeous walking/biking trail across from the property as well. I would stay here again for sure.

Montana full studio apt.

Carefully appointed. Immaculately clean. Many amenities included - many hot beverage options, toiletries provided, full size refrigerator, cooktop, any kitchen items you might need plus W/D. Lots of space, beautiful view in a great, easily-accessed location. Beautiful path to walk nearby. Remember, this is a basement apt, so you will hear sound from above. If you have a bad back, you might find the mattress and sofa a bit soft. We thoroughly enjoyed coming back after a full day of activities to relax and recoup in such a lovely spot.

Beautiful, clean place, however..

Overall we had a decent stay. The place was clean, well stocked, well located, and easy to find. However, this unit does not have temperature control. The owners living upstairs control the AC and turn it on and off as they want. Well, when its 100° outside and the AC gets turned off at 9pm, it makes for a very hot night, no matter how long it was running during the day. So if you like to stay cool and control your own temperature I would recommend finding somewhere else.. Also, the shower, despite having good pressure, is very small and if you're over 150lbs it's pretty tight. The door is also very hard to lock from the outside. I was only able to lock it once the entire time we were there.
