This Destin vacation rental comes with three simple rules – relax, relax, relax! Not to worry, a relaxed mood becomes second nature with the beach in the front yard and a beautifully adorned condo to enjoy it from. Relax on the furnished balcony and watch the sunset over the Gulf waters and the enticing pool deck and then test your culinary skills on the complex grill deck or inside the large well equipped kitchen.

Beach Resort enjoys a very coveted location set along the beach road viewing the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sun shine and the stars twinkle over the rare emerald waters anytime the mood strikes. Stroll along the paved walkway that hugs the beach and leads to delicious eateries and beach shops. Or unwind amongst the palms of Beach Resort on the spacious pool deck with a hot tub, shaded lounge chairs and mushroom fountain in the pool. Plus, championship golf courses and two very popular outdoor malls are only a few minutes away by car.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Wonderful Condo

We had a great stay here! The location can't be beat and the complex itself is great. There were lots of families here with both teens and small children. The pool area was great and all guests were extremely respectful of the property and other guests. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, including the pull out couch in the living room. The view was amazing!

We have been to the Destin area now for 6 years and this is by far the best place to stay. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view from the 5th floor is amazing and the pool area is the best around. The beach may be across but the walk is short and we will never stay anywhere else. The owners are also very responsive and helpful with any questions. Thanks for the great memories-we will definitely be back!

Awesome location!

This was our first trip to Miramar Beach and it did not disappoint! Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Pool area is very clean and quite large. Condo was very clean and a great set up for our family of 4. Check in process and communication was easy and precise.

Beach getaway

My family and I stayed in the condo for 5 days. My husband and I brought our five year old and almost two year old with us. The location of this condo was great! The place was clean. It is just a short walk to the beach. The pool was very nice as well. The property owner and manager were both very responsive with any questions I had. Very easy check in and out. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this place is amazing! The pool is perfect, access to grills and plenty of chairs for our group. Will stay here again!

Love beach resort

This is our third stay at this resort. Best pool in Destin. Great views from top floor. Having beach service was very helpful. Lots of restaurants close by. Loved the condo, beds comfortable, couch comfortable. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars was patio furniture. It was old, fabric torn on chairs and rusting. Saw this same complaint on old reviews but thought it would have been remedied. Not yet.

Amazing condo!

We've been coming to Destin every Summer for several years. This is by far one of the best condos we've stayed in so far. The pool is wonderful. It's not crowded and you can always find a chair. The view is incredible, and the condo itself is very clean and very comfortable. It is also very spacious. I could go on and on. Thank you Cheryl!

Great view

This property has a great review. The property owner was very nice and responded quickly. The furniture was rusty and damaged on the porch which she let her management know about. They were not able to get it replaced during our stay, but we made due and had a great time!! The Beach resort property is excellent.

This condo has a great view and in such a great location! You are so close to so many great restaurants. The pool area is amazing, and the walk to the beach is very short. Everything was very clean, and the owner is an absolute gem. The included beach chairs were such a great feature to have with this condo. We loved it and we will be back :)

Stayed a few weeks ago for the week. Plenty big for 2 adults and a toddler. Very nice all around and a quick walk to the beach. Loved the zero entry pool for our little one and the view from the balcony. Cheryl Is awesome as well! Hope to be back soon!

Stayed over July 4th weekend and had a blast, room had a great view. Traveled with children and the pool is awesome for kids. We have been 4 times before to same resort but will go back to this one now. Owner was extremely accommodating and friendly with helpful advice and interest in us as people.

First trip to Destin, FL

I have to say I was very impressed with the accommodations of this Condo (and I'm picky). It was very clean, updated, and comfortable. This was mine and my husband's first time to Destin and our first impression/experience was great! So much so that we have discussed moving there! The condo was roomy, the furniture was clean, the master bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, the quality of the televisions was impressive, the kitchen was nice to work in, the decor was beautiful, and the A/C worked very well. The parking space for our particular unit in the garage was a nice feature as it was located next to the elevator. The valet luggage carts were in good condition which made getting everything to/from our unit very nice. The check-in/out process was easy and the staff at the management company were friendly and helpful. The pool/hot tub was very nice and clean as well. The wide paved path made walking the short distance (less than 5 mins.) to the beach very pleasant. The beach service was a great added feature too. They met us as we arrived on the beach and refreshed the chairs/spot where we chose to sit. This experience definitely qualifies for a return trip... and to the same condo!

Our favorite Florida vacation!

We've been to many areas in Florida and stayed in many accommodations, and this was our favorite! We absolutely loved the clear, shallow, clean white sandy beaches. Our young children were safe and had a blast. The beach service is an amazing convenience that made our short walk to the beach even easier. The view from the balcony is great, the decor was bright, cute, and beachy, and the beds were comfy! My two biggest "complaints" would be that the balcony and dining room furniture were not comfortable or very sturdy, but that did NOT affect the great time we had. The second is that there is no type of deadbolt or anything, and the door was VERY easy and quiet for our young kids to open. Since the door isn't visible from the living area, that was a bit stressful, but again, most of the time we were fine to the beach or pool anyway. I will admit that I blocked the door at night because I was a bit paranoid. Back to the positives though...the pool area is great. The beach entry for the kids was a major convenience. We grilled by the pool and the area was beautiful. This was just an overall great location and perfect set-up of a condo for our family. We will definitely be back! A side note, we went to the Naval Museum and watched the Blue Angels practice and I would say that is a MUST (and free!) for families with kids. Our boys, 6, 5, and 3, loved the whole experience and the museum had great hands-on exhibits!!

Springbreak for a Teacher, 3 HS Seniors , and a Nanny

We had an amazing time in our beautifully decorated condo. The owner, Cheryl was wonderful. Prior to booking, I had questions and she graciously answered them within minutes of my posting. I would highly recommend this perfectly situated condo, directly across the street from the beach. It is close to everything from restaurants within walking distance, shopping less than 10 minutes in either direction. Did I mention it is between the Destin Commons Outdoor Mall and the Silver Sand Outlet Mall. It doesn't get better than that, of course the white sandy beaches and emerald water is the icing on the cake. Loved, loved, loved our time together indoors as well as outdoors. The teenagers (all boys) enjoyed the pool and the Wifi for their video games. My daughter (the nanny) and I (the teacher) shared the spacious king sized comfy bed. Coodles on this condo!!! Our stay was from Saturday to Saturday, we were joined by my husband late Thursday. We all will treasure this getaway got a lifetime.🌴🌴🌴
