Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's restaurant.
Four portable beach chairs are provided in the garage for your convenience.
The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. The driver must be over 25 years old, carry valid auto insurance, and sign a waiver.
Small Dogs may be allowed, so please inquire about our pet fee and policy for your
fur babies. Any pets must be approved before arrival.
All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.
The paver driveway and garage can accommodate up to 5 standard vehicles.
No RVs, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed.
**Pool can be heated from October - May for an additional daily fee. You must inform us at least three days before arrival to ensure the pool is heating.
Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase additional amenities.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Please note before booking this property: Only guests over 25 years of age may book this home and must be present at the home throughout the entire stay. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.$300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs.
