This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sands from the living room, balcony, and master suite—providing the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable Emerald Coast vacation.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, this condo ensures a stress-free stay with its fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen featuring sleek granite countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master suite is designed for relaxation with a plush king bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower. The guest room offers twin-over-twin bunks plus a cozy full bed, with a guest bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.

The living room is a cozy gathering spot with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The dining area seats six, with extra space at the breakfast bar—perfect for family meals or game nights—while the living room and balcony provide endless views of the Gulf.

As part of the TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort, you’ll enjoy access to fantastic amenities, including a lagoon-style pool and kiddie pool. For those seeking activity, the resort also offers a basketball court, putting green, pickleball, and direct access to the soft white sands just steps from your door. To the east, a nature preserve enhances the scenery and provides a quieter, less crowded beach experience—perfect for peaceful walks and spotting local wildlife.

Great location!

It was perfect for our family! We had a slight issue with our shower upon arrival but the rental agency had maintenance up and fixed within a few hours. The location was perfect and the beach area was not overly crowded. The elevators were a little steamy but we loved being up high to have the perfect view of the ocean! Highly recommended this place!
