COMPLETELY RENOVATED **NEW KITCHEN AND BATHS!
The Mediterranea is an exciting, upscale 4 story luxury gated condominium resort located on the beach with breathtaking views of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Mediterranea is indeed special and features gorgeous, manicured gardens, a huge pool in the center of the complex, community clubhouse, hot tub, fitness center, underground parking and a gazebo which leads to the beach. This complex is by far, the classiest in all of Destin!

Our exquisite 2 BR/2.5 BA remodeled unit will sleep 8 comfortably and is located on the West end of the complex, which is perfect for watching those amazing sunsets! You have breathtaking Gulf views from anywhere in the condo including the large wrap-around balcony where you can drink your coffee or sip your wine while you watch for dolphins, listen to the surf or take a swim in the huge pool which is located in the center of the manicured grounds. This unit now comes with free beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) beginning in early March until October 31.

Our condo is in pristine condition and features a BRAND NEW kitchen with a new tiled back splash, quartz counters and stainless appliances. The living room is styled with comfort in mind with cozy twin reclining leather chairs, , a new sleeper couch, a large flat screen tv with plenty of seating for a large family. The master bedroom is very classy, includes a king size bed and comes with its own master bath. The master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks with granite counters and build-in makeup dresser. The second large bedroom features a two full size beds and also comes with its own bathroom. There is a half bath in the hall for guests. All of the baths have new vanities, mirrors, toilets and light fixtures! Unit 313E truly comes with everything you need to have an amazing vacation including three TVs, free high speed wireless internet, full size washer and dryer in its own laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Mediterranea is located just steps from Pompano Joe's on Scenic Gulf Drive, and convenient to restaurants, golf courses, movie theaters, water park, Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the Harbor Docks, the Track, numerous Arcades, and tons of shopping!

What a nice place to stay and rejuvenate! I’m picky about cleanliness and felt very comfortable. The beach service and proximity to Pompano Joe’s and several other restaurants was great! Donna was very nice to work with! We hope to visit again!

A very nice condo

We had an awesome stay at this condo. Very comfortable and spacious. The beach was beautiful, the green lawn with palm trees as well as the sea completed the view from a very spacious balcony.

You’ll never want to leave!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Mediterannea (1st time in this unit). Spring Break (March), family of 4 (kids ages 6 & 8). The location is absolutely perfect - great ocean views, walking distance to shops & dining, lots of green space, heated pool (seasonally), spacious accommodations. We loved having a main balcony plus one off of each room. A very family friendly place, all other guests were super friendly and respectful. My kids lived meeting new friends and the ice cream truck that cones multiple times a day was also a highlight.

Home away from home!

We found this place in a pinch as we were coming in on Memorial weekend and the place we originally had reserved called us 2 days before saying the AC went out and we needed to find another option. Mediterranea was it and then some!! The unit is stunning! The beds and pillows are comfortable, they had plenty of towels for all of us 5 to bathe without constantly doing laundry. My favorite was opening the closet and seeing box fans! We are a box fan family and it was such a great surprise to see them and know we could feel at home. The location made it so easy to walk to the beach, the pool was directly downstairs, and we even walked over to Pampano Joe’s for dinner. Be aware the washing machine is very loud so keep that in mind if you’re trying to run it while napping or during quiet times for other neighbors. The covered parking was a major pain for us as we brought our truck on the trip. It was a very tight parking spot that we finally just decided it wasn’t worth parking there so we parked out in the open parking. Other than that none of us had anything bad to say. The unit is beautiful! We would love to come back for another stay!

Thanksgiving 2023

We thoroughly enjoyed Mediterranea 313 everything was perfect. The amenities were spacious, prestige and cozy. The location was a just a few skips to the beach and Pompano Joe’s (which was delicious) and the Premium Outlets are like 2-3 miles away and awesome! We had tons of family (over 50) in town and we all met up for Thanksgiving and will return next year. My husband and I loved the gym. Another added bonus was the bathroom in each bedroom and 1/2 bath at entry way. Lastly, the area feels safe anyway but we also loved the gated and keyless entry. Ms. Donna was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions immediately. I could go on and on about how awesome our stay was… thanks again. Thanksgiving 2023 was EPIC!

Great Vacation

The property was clean and well maintained. We had no issues with our stay. The only thing what we ran into was the fact we couldn’t find the grill area, as we were wanting to grill our fresh catch. This was a minor issue. We absolutely would stay here again!

1st Anniversary Vacay

My husband and I have stayed at the Mediterranea before and have to say this unit has been our favorite thus far. The property was clean and as advertised. You really can't beat all the perks of this property, such as the location, private beach access, complimentary umbrella/chair service, west facing sunset views, nice pool/jacuzzi, gated access with parking garage so your car stays cool, and an elevator with available carts that make loading/offloading a breeze. We hope to stay there again soon!

We have been coming down to the Destin area the past 5 years for Spring Break and this was one of our favorites! Wonderful week!

Overall was one of the nicest places we have stayed on our many spring break trips to the Destin area. Condo was spacious and clean. The pool area was as well. And the location was great for beach access as well as for restaurants and other activities. Would stay here again.

Good place to stay

February 2023 visit. Very comfortable and clean apartment just across the road from the beach. Great balconies, one off the living room facing the gulf (afternoon sun) and one off each bedroom meant there was a choice of sun or shade. The huge master ensuite bathroom was great. For people that like cooking the kitchen could have been a bit better equipped. The non-stick pans were all scratched because people had used the metal cooking utensils provided. There was also a lot of plastic which isn't good in hot pans. A pair of tongs and some oven gloves would have been useful as well. It was disappointing that the pool wasn't heated but there was a hot tub and the gardens were well maintained. Overall a good place to stay.

Love, love, love our stay

We had the BEST vacation at the Mediterranea! When we first got there, the elevator nearest our condo was out of order but it was just a short walk to the next one so it was only a bit of an inconvenience when we were taking our luggage in. But first thing Monday morning, the elevator was fixed!! This property is fabulous! Our condo was beautiful and we loved everything about it. We want to stay here again in the future.
