This stunning beachfront retreat is located on the 9th floor of Gulfside and offers breathtaking views of the emerald-green waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an oversized balcony, new furnishings, washer/dryer, complimentary WIFI and all the amazing amenities that Hidden Dunes Resort has to offer!

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, as well as seating for 6 at the dining table, there is room for everyone to enjoy! Designed with relaxation in mind, the coastal style living area offers plush furnishings, a SmartTV and access to an expansive balcony. The fully furnished balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a delightful al fresco dining experience while taking in breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast.

The luxurious master bedroom offers a king-size bed, new wood flooring, a picture window with gulf views and private access to the gulf front balcony. Guests can also enjoy an ensuite primary bathroom with tub/shower combination and dual vanities. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds and offers new wood flooring and access to a hallway bath with tub/shower combination.

Hidden Dunes is a beachfront resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, a complimentary fitness center with his/hers locker rooms, sauna and covered parking, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Grills available near the beach! Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a few minutes drive! Also nearby is Grand Boulevard with a brand new movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. *Parking: Only 2 vehicles are allowed each unit per Hidden Dunes Security.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great Getaway

This was the first time that my wife and I did a getaway on the beach. The view and condo that we resided was breathtaking. We are looking forward to returning back to the same unit.

The condo was great; clean and quiet. The beds in the guest room were not too comfortable, though. Easy access to the pool and it was peaceful there. We had a wonderful stay!

Great vacation

This was exactly what we were looking for. The pool is warm even on cold days. Our grandchildren had a blast. Nicely furnished with great kitchen set up. We will be back next year!

Great vacation

Our stay was amazing. The property was so nice. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was decorated nicely and all of the funishings were in great condition. Perfect view from the 9th floor patio. Parking in the underground parking garage was a bonus and the security at hidden dunes made us feel secure. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. friendly.

Nice Condo

This is a comfortable condo and is nicely decorated, and the resort is great! We only swam in the pool at our building but it was very nice, and the beach was easy to get to and very nice and clean! We also played basketball and horseshoes with the grandkids, and they enjoyed that as well as the playground. And we all went fishing in the lake one morning but didn't catch anything...but the grandkids enjoyed that as well.

July 2023 Stay

This room was on the beach so that was great. All the codes we had to use worked just fine and the people in the building were nice. However the place we stayed at was dusty and the bathrooms needed to be cleaned before we could use them the house keepers need to be checked on because they are half way cleaning. One of the sinks in the master bathroom did not drain properly. We were told NOT to put the refrigerator setting on coldest However that is what it was set on when we got there so i put it on recommend and the frezzer still froze over. I had to clean it out and turn it to just cold. There are not any rugs on the floors in the bathroom or bedrooms or kitchen and the tile floor is very uncomfortable. The balcony entrance from the master bedroom would not open, the decor is dated and the cookware is also I had to clean the one pan I did use because it had something still stuck in it. the bed slept ok the pillows were to soft but that is just me I like a medium firm pillow. over all my stay was ok.

Perfect location great condo

Me, my two small children and parents stayed for 6 nights. Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and beautiful. The views are beautiful and the condo is up to date. The only issues we had were that the spaces between the bars on the balcony were very far apart. I was extremely cautious of my three year old being near the edge. I also heard several others mention their concerns of this as well. One stating he wasn’t sure if they would even pass code. Also, the dishwasher was not working so when we left we had to leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I haven’t heard back from the management company on that matter. Other than those two issues we had the best trip ! The walk from the first floor to the beach is short and the water and weather was amazing !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is a comfortable space with pretty furnishings. It is a clean unit. In the evenings, we enjoyed the spacious couch for relaxing. The balcony is absolutely the best part between the views and the comfortable seating. The kitchen though was lacking everything but cutlery. There were not enough cups, mugs, and plates for three people. The icemaker was particularly useful. It is the first unit in Hidden Dunes that has had one. The bed in the master bedroom needs a new mattress, but the other two single beds were comfortable. This unit does not include beach chairs and it would be helpful if it did. The Hidden Dunes complex itself is centrally located both for going to the beach and going out shopping. The complex is well guarded by the security at the gate. Blue Beach Properties is an excellent rental management company.

Property issues!

When we arrived the unit fragrance was so strong that we almost didn’t stay it took two days to air out and the balcony sliding door didn’t work due to broken rollers and what’s a balcony if it’s not accessible and I spoke with Jeremy the property manager and he knew it was broken prior to our arrival I called asap and he never returned my call until the next day and did offer to try and find us another unit after we had everything settled in which would have been a huge issue for us to move he should have notified us prior to our arriving so we were very disappointed especially being our first time renting through the company!

Such a nice place for a family vacation

This condo was such a nice spot for our family vacation! Plenty of room and nicely updated. Hidden Dunes has a great heated pool in the spring and walking distance to the beach. The couch could probably use some updating this year but it was still comfy!

The furniture in the living room was not comfortable but most likely will be replaced. Skillets need to be replaced as well.
