Gorgeous Beachfront Condo with FREE Beach Service!

Welcome to The Perch at Mainsail! We are located on the 4th floor in Building 1 (the closest one to the water) of Mainsail in beautiful Miramar Beach/Destin, Florida!

The incredible views from the living room and balcony, as well as the spaciousness of this 4th floor condo will make you never want to leave! When you do decide to step out to the beach, you won't have to go far. We are literally just steps away from the sugar white sand and gorgeous emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! In fact, you can see your family at the beach right from our balcony. Not feeling like getting sand under your toes? No problem, the pool and hot tub will be right beneath you -- a short elevator ride or a few steps away, right by the grilling area, gym and tennis courts.

At the Perch at Mainsail, you will find the same level of comfort and amenities in all our properties, such as plush mattresses, fresh and updated linen and bedding, a fully-stocked kitchen with all the little details to help you cook like a chef and plenty of room to enjoy some great family time. Not feeling like cooking? There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We are conveniently located right across the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, right between Destin and 30A. We look forward to hosting you!

This was a great place to stay for a beach trip with two young children. It was easy to get to the beach and the convenience of having the beach chair rentals included was very nice. Very close to many restaurants and grocery store. Interior was clean and fairly updated.

Very Nice Unit

Nice large unit, very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach and the pool, plenty of chairs at the pool. Parking was a bit of an issue at night. Gated property felt very safe. Great location.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

Great stay, weather was perfect. Condo was well equipped, small issue with AC that was corrected promptly! Owners were great to deal with and very responsive!!!! We will look at staying here again!!!

Fabulous condo with great views!

We love the community so much that this is our fourth time coming. We decided to change up condos and we are so glad we did. All the comforts of home and the beach view is beautiful. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you so much for the great experience for our family.

Amenities

Everything in condo was nice, tons of cooking items if you plan to cook. We arrived by air, so difficult to pack beach towels etc. No beach towels, small beach cooler or similar items for renter use. So you will either want to purchase on arrival or make room in suitcase. Beach chairs and umbrellas or beach were nice to be able to use. We had great weather and condo met our needs. Resort very well kept. Someone always cleaning around pool, elevators, walkways etc. it is also very secure.

Crystal Clear Water

This was our 7th stay at Mainsail. We have been going to Destin for 30 years. Mainsail is a great location on the beach. This condo was in our “top picks!” View was nice and condo very clean. Furniture was new and lots of kitchen supplies. Door access was very easy but be sure to press “lock” on the combination key pad upon exiting or door will stay open. We were very happy to see the condo had many supplies, possibly left be previous guests, such as washing pods, dish soap, cling wrap, lots of containers to use, etc. Elevator very close. Chairs in closet were very nice if you need to use them. Owners were very nice and helpful.

Wedding celebration

Absolutely as advertised! Highly recommended. Beautiful view of water/beach from balcony while drinking our morning coffee. Very easy to access beach , the rental includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily but you have to rent extra chairs and umbrellas daily if you have more than 2 staying in the condo. Even though the owners were explicit the rental included 2 chairs my brain “said” surely they would have chairs for everyone renting the condo (4 for us)again they were very clear it was my “bad”. Can’t say enough about this condo , everything you needed aka dishes, washer dryer etc was there. Highly highly recommended 😀

This condo was decorated so nice. The condo was super clean and the view was fabulous. Oh and the bed was the most comfortable bed. Didn’t want to leave this condo on the beach!!
