Communication from host was accurate and on time. The property was well stocked and was as described. We stayed there for an entire month so it was nice to have the kitchen as well as the washer/dryer in the property. We loved looking at the view from the balcony every morning and being able to walk to the beach to sea the beautiful sunsets and walk to various areas.

Everything was great! The place was clean and well stocked with cooking tools and basic cleaning supplies. We had no issues accessing the apartment and no issues communicating with the host. The only thing I didn’t love was that the beds were uncomfortable to me (they were pretty firm spring mattresses) but that’s entirely a personal preference thing. Overall I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Christmas Gift

I don't usually write reviews but for this stay, I wanted to take time to share our experience in hopes it will help others looking for a vacation rental. To begin, the price was outstanding, considering we were there for the Christmas holidays - we couldn't believe it! Second, the location is perfect! It was very easy to find, whether you drive from the main road or the scenic route. We just checked in at the booth (really appreciate the security!!) and got our parking pass once we were in the unit. While the building itself is not cozy (tall concrete paradise) we had a view of the ocean, and it was just a few minutes away to walk down to the beach with easy access to more than one public stairway. This was much appreciated, as our long walks along the beach led to multiple private entries, so we were so thankful we had a brief walk to enjoy the perfect white sand and ocean waves. We enjoyed walking everywhere - we are an active couple and love to explore! As far as the apartment, it was more than we had hoped for or read about in the description and reviews. It had it all! A comfortable bedroom with ceiling fan and TV, two separate bathrooms (awesome for a couple!), washer/dryer (one review complained about the age/noise of the dryer but we were just glad to have one that worked!), a large kitchen that was well stocked, a living area space with TV/ceiling fan, and a great balcony for lovely views. Information was provided in detail and on time. We loved it and would return!

Perfect beach access

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for a few days, and absolutely loved the entire facility. We will definitely come back for a future Dustin vacation. We loved the balcony with a view and also the open kitchen for cooking breakfast and dinners. It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The best part of this place is the amazing access to the best beaches in the USA.

Property Manager was excellent to work with and maintaining communication throughout our stay as needed. Accommodations were great except for dryer that needs maintenance. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful Views

We have stayed the past few years at this property. We always have a wonderful time. Food and drinks at the Cabana cafe was great and reasonably priced. The only downside this year was the dryer was so loud in our unit! It was terrible. Hopefully they will replace it soon. Other than that we really love staying here.

Wonderful Stay

Firstly the communication with the property owner was fantastic. Matt was able to get us in earlier than check in time and anytime I had a question he was able to answer within 5 minutes. This was my first time using VRBO and I'm glad I did. Thanks for hosting us Matt!
