This fully equipped condo features an upgraded kitchen and outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is very spacious and modern and it has fun topical accents throughout. The master suite has a King size bed and it's own private balcony access. The guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds one of which is a twin over full size bunk bed. The aforementioned kitchen has stainless steel appliances and beautiful cherry stained wood cabinets. The living area features a nice flat screen TV and has a large sofa that converts into a sofa sleeper for two.

You will be ever so close to just about everything you could ever want or need! There is an 18-hole golf course on site at the Seascape resort. This is a full facility complete with practice putting greens, full driving range, a fully stocked pro shop and a short order bar and grill! In the surrounding area you’ll find countless golf courses to choose from including Kelly Plantation, Emerald Bay, Regatta Bay, The Raven at Sandestin, The Links at Sandestin, Burnt Pine at Sandestin and Baytowne at Sandestin – all of which are within a ten minute drive of the Majestic sun resort! *Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
