Small but very efficient space with a great view. Everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Kitchen is well equipped for a modest amount of cooking. Plenty of towels and dresser/closet hanger space to unpack and stash suitcases under the bed. Very clean. Owners were responsive if we had questions. Would stay here again!

Amazing view

Nicely decorated condo with amazing views .Great location ,beach access right across the street .nice condo with all necessities.only downside was climbing 3 stories of stairs everytime you wanted to go out and could never use the pool or hot tub due to children unsupervised playing in both and rough housing with no supervision , to no fault of the owners .We would def stay again

Enjoyed our extended weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was nicely decorated and probably one of our favorites so far. It was just my wife and i which was perfect. We have stayed at Summerspell before with our kids and it works well for small families as well with the hall bunks. We enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony each evening. The location is perfect for plenty of good restaurants in the area. And to top it off having great communication with the owners. Thank you

Summerspell Condo

Perfect location right across the road from the beach and Pompano Joes. Hot tub and Pool were nice. Units are facing the west, you get a great sunset each day, can sit on the balcony for them. Very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive.

Family fun

Great trip and great accommodation. Works very well my wife, 3 kids (6yo, 3yo, and 6 month old) had just enough space without breaking the bank. Only thing I can say bad and it’s not really to terrible is the micro wave smelled like Burt popcorn when you use it.

Amazing property, amazing view!

This is a beautiful unit, beautifully decorated, planfully organized and exactly what our small family needed for spring break. Not only was the space great but the owners were very communicative and there if we needed them. The pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach is perfect. You won't be disappointed!

Peace

I visited this property just prior to the pandemic and promised myself that I would come back. I guess this is what got me through Covid, and I was not disappointed. The new attentive owners ensured that anything you might need for your comfort was available. Great television (x2), games, cards, all to keep you busy if you want. The place was immaculate and very safe (especially for someone by themselves). Picture sitting on the balcony looking out over the gulf with the breeze blowing on your face as you are reading your book. The only word that comes to mind is pure peace. If you come with a family there is a lot to do with the pool, hot tub, and the white beach ocean, but don't be afraid to come by yourself, because you will never regret your decision. There is alot of resources nearby, Public, Restaurants, Book Stores, Theatres, outlet centre, Entertainment centres, what more could you want. Thank you Anne and Dave for having such a wonderful retreat and caring about your renters. I WILL be back next year.

Short Getaway

Very nice, clean property. Loved the response from the owners. Checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking and when we left they text me to invite us back again.
