Beach Splendor

Wonderful welcome to this corner unit with soft jazz and lights on for our arrival. Spectacular views from the living area and master bedroom, well stocked. Short walk to beach. Heated pool and hot tub. Quick elevators, easy keypad entry, bike racks for building. Twin beds in second bedroom. Loved area, quiet, upscale, Close to restaurants and Topsail Hill preserve State Park.

Great corner unit in the sky!

Clean, spacious, corner unit on 7th floor. Master has windows on two sides that bring in Beaucoup natural light and give expansive view of the ocean and complex grounds. Decor is somewhat outdated, master rug stained all over but unit a great value over all and close walk to the beach.

Plumbing was horrible. The guest bathroom faucet was broken when we finally got ready to take shower

The beach view was beautiful! The only problem we had the dishwasher was broken. So i had to hand wash dishes on my vacation. But they did buy plastic cups, plates and cultrey which was pretty awesome. I would recommend that anyone stays here! You will enjoy it. Its about 5 min walk from the beach, depending on what floor you are on. If i could give it 10 stars i would. Another thing Destin is an all white town. So don't be surprised like we were when we got there. The black people work in the town they don't live there.

Good

Did not meet my expectations, not as clean as I expected, based on the cleaning charge. Problems with the plumbing. Other wise had a nice stay. Walk to the beach wasn't bad. Pool was nice and relaxing. View was nice, night and day.

Great Location

Beautiful views of the gulf from the deck and master bedroom windows. Easy 3-5 minute walk to the Beach. The pools were very nice, we utilized the pool closer to the beach with the bar/restaurant. The only thing I will say is time for an update to the condo to give it a more modern look . Furnishings are outdated. The rug under the master bedroom was very stained and needs replaced now. The Master bathroom toilet was running the whole time, I believe it needs a new flapper installed. Overall, my family had a great time.

Good location

Close to the beach accessed by short walk. I would stay here again for the proximity to the beach. However the decor could be updated (wouldn't keep me from staying here). The shower head in primary bathroom needs to be cleaned; it hardly had pressure. The oven fell apart while cooking our dinner and nearly burned us. (Handle and front glass fell off.... reported to RealJoy)

Beautiful Condo

Can’t say enough great things about this home- the views and proximity to the beach and pools are unbeatable! It is almost exactly as advertised (master comforter has been updated since pics)! We will stay here again for sure!

Disappointed with cleanliness and maintenance

Comforters and sheets in Master bedroom and guest bedroom had to be replaced due to stains and sand. the door on the stove came apart while opening, had to be repaired. Cleaning fee should be refunded.

Nice Place

Loved almost everything about this condo. Quick walk to the beach or a shuttle is available. 18 hole putt putt course. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Great view. Decor is starting to look dated but was good quality. There was a panty liner sticker stuck on top of the dresser which made me question the cleaning service. We brought our own disinfecting wipes and wiped everything down. Wild stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

When we arrived we were pleased with our first impression of the property looked and compared with the description. After a couple of days we realized that there needed to be some proactive work to be done. We would have thought that prior to our arrival everything would be checked and in working order. When we needed repairs and received a new microwave it was handled in a very proficient way, we had a bad experience with the lamps in the unit they all seem to need new switches. The bedroom lamp one. night would not shut off then started to smoke we immediately unplugged the rest and reported the problem, we did not ask for repairs at that time and reported that we unplugged them all, received an appology from the office and they said they would notify the owner and Realjoy. The living room furniture was way too soft and uncomfortable, I proceeded to bring in a lawn chair from the balcony for comfort. The ceiling fan in the living room was giving of sparks we then shut that off. The main door could not be secured from the inside bypassing the code, and the balcony lock did not work but there was a bar thankfully. The kitchen was very well equipped and washer/dryer worked very well but some attention should be given to the dishwasher very touchy settings.

Family vacay

Best vacation ever, the place was clean, walking distance to the beach, basketball half court and putt putt was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked except for no salt and pepper. Spent my mornings drinking coffee on the balcony with nice view of the ocean. No complaints at all. Will return next year!

Our family had a great time while we were there, but we had to leave early due to the tropical depression/possible hurricane coming. The day we left they closed the beaches.

July 4th Miramar Beach

We had a great stay! With booking late we found that this unit was just what we needed. The process from start to finish was effortless. Located in an enclosed community gave us piece of mind with the security making rounds all day and night. Property was clean and spacious and well kept. Everything we needed to have fun was there and the unit is located at the end of the building which made it even better. Located close to the beach it was an easy walk and the pool was nice. Internet and cable TV was great. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying there again sometime.

First Family Vacation

Wonderful time staying at this resort in Miramar Beach! We took our 19 month old for our first family vacation beach trip and she loved it. We loved how close we were to the beach and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the pool at the condo and the pool by the beach. The condo was plenty of room for us and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely try and stay here again. -Robbie Hunter

Fun in the sun

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Everything was close by and convenient. The only draw back was that we thought the gym was included in the price. There is a good little walk to the beach also. It took about 5 minutes but the scenery was pretty.

Very pleasantly surprised!

We had never been in the Sandestin area and did not know what to expect. The unit was just as advertised - best feature was the short walk to the beach. We had a problem with the garbage disposal and the repairmen were there in 1 hour or less. Lots of kitchen utensils made cooking a breeze. Will consider a stay next year.
