    Welcome to Majestic Sun A403, a relaxed beachfront vacation rental condo at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. Situated on the 4th floor, this condo accommodates up to 8 guests and offers stunning Gulf views from all common areas. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the private balcony, enjoying the Summer sights. We provide two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo, saving you the hassle and cost of local beach service operators.

    The 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a comfortable living area with an HDTV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The master king suite has an HDTV and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has 2 full beds, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. For extra guests, the living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

    Majestic Sun offers amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and a Gulf-facing fitness center. The beach is just across the street, and nearby attractions include golf courses, shopping centers, and recreational activities.

    Golf cart rentals are available at a discounted rate, and parking passes are included based on the unit size, with additional passes for a fee.

    Please note our age requirement of 25+, no pets allowed, and a strict no-smoking policy in common areas. Violators may face fines or eviction.

Great stay!

Overall our stay at majestic sun was great! The only thing I will say needs improvement is having a mop and breom on hand for messes and clean up. We had to go out and buy our own. Also the dryer didnt work well, you would have to dry your load 4 or 5 times before they were dry enough to pull out. Other than that the location is great and it was a short walk over to the beach which we loved. There is also a gift shop and ice cream shop on site which made it very convenient.

Condo was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay there at the end of May to the beginning of June. Views from the balcony were awesome, enjoyed relaxing on there after a long day in the sun. Only downfall would be not enough towels for 4 people to shower every day. Lots of loads of laundry. Loved our stay and would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay. Clear communication from check in to check out. The view from the condo was amazing and we were provided with everything we needed (plus some). The beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus and loved that we didn’t have to spend the extra money. The condo was clean, organized and comfortable! We look forward to booking this condo again. The view of the beach from the balcony was perfect and it was such a quick walk to the beach. The property manager answered questions quickly and efficiently. Loved that the unit had beach chairs and an umbrella to use.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prime location really nice but chair rentals messed up the whole private beach access. It kind of messed up to pay so much and have to put out a cabana at 5am just to enjoy the beach, period. I found an extra pill when unfolding the couch which was disturbing bc I had young grandchildren with me. One baby pulled out a dirty q tip with yellow gunk out of the chair cushions and was about to put it on his mouth with i noticed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All I can say is we can’t wait to go back! Communication with the rental company was prompt and easy via text. We loved the beach view! There was easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping, and great excursions within minutes. This rental is in the perfect location. The rental was very clean, spacious, and the kitchen had most everything we needed. Note to future travelers - bring a broom or Swiffer because no matter how hard you try, there will be sand everywhere even if you don’t go to the beach.
