Super clean well equipped property. Conveniently located very close to the beach with a ton of amenities. Truly one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed at.

Nice condo, close to the beach

Unit was right across from the elevators which was good for us. Web pics make the unit look a bigger than it actually is, but that’s marketing. Bunk beds worked out great for the 4&6 year olds. Kitchen had what we needed, frig spacious. Nice patio with a very small view of the gulf but a piece of the sliding glass door fell off the first time we opened it which kept us from locking it. No big deal being on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom bed sheets had a stains on the fitted sheet. Bathrooms were ok, although the fan vent was dirty & shower grout less than white. Not trying to be too negative because it is a nice condo & located in a nice area. Overall a very nice stay, just a little old & worn & just pointing out things I didn’t expect to see.

A great time

This was our fist time staying at this location. The outside view was beautiful with the view of the gulf coast. Everything in the condo worked very well. Our grandchildren had a blast staying so close to other family members and they had a wonderful time in the pool and down on the beach. Everybody is ready to go back!

Wonderful Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ciboney 2008 Sugar Sand! The condo was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We absolutely loved the beach view from the spacious balcony that was accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. I very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony, drinking my coffee, and seeing and hearing the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed. We didn’t use the bunk room so I can’t comment on the bunk beds, but the two king size beds were very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms was a wonderful treat! We had a good Wi-Fi signal, and all of the bedrooms ( the living room) had a TV with cable Netflix and a few other options! The location was fantastic…close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We really appreciated that we could just walk across the street to the beach and didn’t have to find and pay for parking! The icing on the cake was that we were able to bring our two small dogs with us. They loved everything about this place too. So cute to watch them laying on the balcony peacefully taking in the gorgeous view. Would 1000% stay here again.

Amazing trip

Once again we had an amazingly wonderful time on the Emerald Coast! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations that were perfect for our family! The condo was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable!

Lovely place

The condo was very nice, but had a weird smell upon arrival. Later found a fossilized lemon under the couch. Which was kinda funny. Overall the stay was great.

Stay at Ciboney 2008

There were some minor stains on the sheets and sofa, and the code didn't work for the door when we first arrived. However the code issue was quickly resolved when we called the contact numbers listed in the email. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to book the property again next year!

Great Stay At Miramar!

Our stay was fabulous! The condo looked Brand New! Very recently and tastefully remodeled. Great location with lots of things within walking distance. We left some items behind. The management team packed them up and mailed them to me. I would definitely go back there.

Perfect location

The location of this condo is perfect!!! So close to the beach, we ate at pampano joes a few times simply because it was close! We had everything we needed in the condo. Loved the patio for breakfast!

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and decorated very well. Had a very homey feel. Enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony and seeing and hearing the ocean. Very short walk to the beach which was quite convenient. We hope to return again very soon!

Great Place!

Spring Break Trip

My family and I stayed at Ciboney in March for a Spring Break trip. We are a family of four. My husband , myself , and our two daughters ages 15 & 22… We also had our little dog along with us. It was great that we we able to bring her along! Even though dogs are not permitted on the beach, we utilized the complex dog walking area, and took our dog for walks along Scenic Gulf Drive. The condo is in a great location. It’s in walking distance to souvenir shops, an ice cream shop, and Pompano Joes , plus the beach access is right across the street. (This is most important to me when taking a beach trip) The condo is also within a short drive to the Winn Dixie grocery store and a CVS pharmacy. The unit is decorated nicely, the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials, and beds were crisp, clean , and EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. The unit provided a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap/dish soap. I typically pack a starter supply for when we arrive at our destination until we get to the store. Finding these items was a pleasant surprise, and a nice thing to do for guests Cleanliness of the unit was pretty good but some things could be better. The floors need to be mopped better. We had dirty feet walking around in the condo barefoot. We chose to wear house slippers, as it wasn’t necessary to bring this up during our stay. The vent fan in the master bathroom had a lot of dust collected on it. It just needed vacuuming or dusted with a swifffer pad. Some of the couch throw pillows should be changed out as they looked a little worn and had some spots on them. The check-in process had a bit of a hiccup, as our code for the door did not work when we arrived. I had to contact management via the emergency number to be able to gain access. That issue was resolved very quickly. We also noticed we had a gate code for the beach. There wasn’t a knob or code box on the beach access until the 6th day of our trip. Then we noticed one had been installed. The code was not working for us trying to enter the beach, but seemed to work for a few people leaving the beach. I had contacted management to let them know about this issue. Shortly after there was a locksmith working on the gate, and I assume the issue was resolved. We didn’t go back down to the beach as we were leaving the following morning. All in all we really enjoyed our week at Ciboney condos in Mirimar Beach, and would re-book again in the future.

Great location

The condo was clean, well maintained, and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well equipped with a wide variety of new utensils and dishes. It was one of the nicer kitchens of all the rentals I have stayed in. The bedrooms were comfortably furnished as well as having good quality linens and pillows. The room with the bunk beds is very small and not suitable for tall or large people. The only draw back to this rental is that the entry door is directly across from the elevator. We did not experience very much noise from the elevator but the condo building was not at full capacity during our stay. Overall this was a great rental and I would certainly use it again.
